Favourite All Time Villain

Pretty simple question, who is your all time favorite villian?

It doesnt matter wether they are human, or a super villian.

 

Personally i love The Joker, and Penguin.

I like both of their personas, and how they act.

I also love villians who have intriguin weapons such as the jokers seemingly limitless gadgets, or penguins infinitly amazing brolly.

He was really well played too, i quite liked him.

I enjoy the 'super villian' aura much more than regular people though.
