With a start, I woke up again

Realising it was a dream, much to my disdain

So I got out of bed, and caught the first train

But halfway down the journey, I developed a migrain.

It gets louder and louder, inside my brain

'Til I opened my mouth, wide as a sea is deep, and all my inner insecurities came streaming and pouring out,

But halfway down the journey, I developed a migrain.

It gets louder and louder, inside my brain

'Til I opened my mouth, wide as a sea is deep, and all my inner insecurities came streaming and pouring out,

Because I had no idea, what my dream was about...

I wanted to cry, I wanted to shout

The words necessary wouldn't leave my mouth.

And as the water filled my mouth, it couldn't wash the echoes out

I wondered what these echoes were and what they were about

But when going after them, there were no echoes left to rout

I swallow the sound and it swallows me whole, Till there's nothing left inside my soul

On that shoal I found a little Bowl

I hunt for you with bloody feet across the hollow ground, and howl

Sweating, bleeding, crying, screaming:„ Something here is foul! â€

Like some child possessed, the beast howls in my veins

And its motherlessness bows, and flies, away, with the cranes

I see the blossoms broke and wet after the rain
