Howdy all,

I was wondering if there is any demand for SNES games at all? I'm considering shifting some if enough people are interested? I've got a few decent titles available, such as:

Super Mario Kart

Super Mario World (unboxed)

Super Metroid

Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

Starwing

Secret of Evermore

Super Star Wars

...and many many more!

I even have a Super Scope.

So let me know what you're after (if anyone's after something and even offer me a price if you want) and perhaps I can arrange something?

Definitely : peace:

If you let me know what else you have, I'd be more than happy to indulge :heh: I have what I would want from that list you posted already so I need to see more :yay:

Apologies for the delay in getting back to people.

The complete list of things available is below. a (B) stands for box and a (M) means there's a manual and possibly other documentation included. If you want to know about the quality of certain games, just ask. Most are in fairly good condition, albeit for a few tatty instruction booklets!

Turtles IV: Turtles in Time (B), (M)

Super Mario Kart (B), (M)

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest (B), (M)

Starwing (B), (M)

James Bond Jr. (B)

Bomberman 2 (B), (M)

Batman Returns (B) (missing white interior)

Archer Maclean's (aka, the world's most self-overrated video game designer of all time) Super Dropzone (B), (M)

Spiderman and Venom in Maximum Carnage (B) (missing white interior), (M)

Super Star Wars (B), (M)

Equinox (B), (M)

Micro Machines 2: Turbo Tournament (B) (missing white interior), (M)

Secret of Evermore (B) (missing white interior), (M)

Mario is Missing (B), (M)

Spiderman and X-Men in Arcade's Revenge (B), (M)

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

Super Mario World

Super Scope 6 (including the Scope and receiver)

Super Metroid

The console and 2 controllers are also available. If you want the console, you buy at your own risk as it's pretty old and could conk out at any moment.

Please feel free to put in offers! Please keep them reasonable and bear in mind postage and packaging when doing so!

I need an indicator of the sort of price your after but I'm looking at star wars and zelda / metroid

Super Star Wars - anywhere between 6 and 10 pounds, depending on where you live

Zelda and Metroid are as stated above cart only, but even then you'd need to give me a decent amount to part with them, seeing as they're classics.

Would Evermore be cheap...?

I'm sure we can come to some sort of agreement - everyone seems to think its worth a fortune, but will go for around 13 quid (you can haggle it down or even up if you want) and I can take a white interior case from another spare box I have if you prefer.

A few stragglers:

Wind Waker (including bonus Master Quest Disc)

Mario Kart Double Dash (It's in a double box)

Zelda Collector's Edition (You can buy this with or without MK: DD but I expect a decent price)

PS2 games:

Shadow of Rome

Star Wars Episode III

Battlefield 2: Modern Combat

Enjoy!

This is a bit of a bump, but a slight update also, that being that nando has bought Pilotwings and Starwing from me. People, make me an offer. I'm interested in shifting a lot of games and therefore, most offers would probably be welcome!

I'd be interested in the console' date=' got any pics? I assume it works at the moment?[/quote']

Console is in okay condition - it was much loved. It does still work although I couldn't honestly tell you how many more years it has in it. It could break tomorrow for all I know. As it's an earlier version of the SNES, it's made with that nasty plastic that changes to that manky yellow colour. I'm pretty sure I have all the leads too (might be missing an RF lead but I have a Scart one for it). Will get some pics shortly for you.

How much for Turtles in Time and Secret of Evermore posted to Ireland?

Are you Republic of Ireland. Can't imagine it costing too much so probs 2-3 pound. Secret of Evermore I'll give you 13 quid for, Turtles is one game that I'm happy to not let go, so I'm putting a reserve of 25-30 on that one. If you've got an offer in mind, please feel free to make it.

No thank you. That's WAY more than I was expecting or I'd be willing to pay. I think those prices are very unrealistic and could be why after 2 months there's little interest in this thread. If those prices come down to earth I might come back with an offer.

^ His prices, mainly of Secret of Evermore, are pretty generous. You tell me where you can get a copy of Secret of Evermore with a box and a manual for less than £30? Last time I saw one with all of it intact it was £60 and even there the box wasn't in the best of shapes. It's pretty rare.

That may be the case I don't know. I'm just saying I know I won't be paying it. I owned Secret of Evermore which is nowhere near as good as Secret of Mana which I still own. SOE is fair enough I guess but Turtles IV is too high in my opinion.

Well that's cool, I'm by no means forcing you to buy them.

I only put the price tag for Turtles quite high because of sentimental value to be honest - it's one of my favourite games and therefore keeping it would be great. Nevertheless, I do need to start shifting my games and making more space and if someone desperately wanted it and was willing to pay the price for it, I'd let it go.

And Ganepark is right about Evermore, it's pretty bloody generous considering the prices I saw for it. I'm not looking to rip anyone off or even go for market value - just looking for good homes for these games. Ask nando, he got Starwing and Pilotwings for £8, P&P included.

And funnily enough, I never listed the prices to begin with, so I don't see how that could have affected the interest in this thread. It could just be that everyone is downloading them on the VC and I'm hardly actively selling them. Plus, they're not in high demand to begin with.

In short, your custom isn't really welcome anyways, so it's not really any loss on my part.

I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to be rude. It was just a passing interest. I just seen this thread and thought I'd enquire. I don't be checking Ebay so I've no idea what value other people place on these games. Evermore sounds like good value so but I've owned and played it before so no biggie and Turtles IV I've not played before but heard it's good.

I also said in MY opinion they were a bit high, I was mainly referring to Turtles IV, should've made that clear. I can understand sentimental value, there are many games I own that I wouldn't part with for probably hundreds of euros.

I agree nando got a great deal. I couldn't have known that as it's not on the thread.

Again sorry for any offence caused!

Sorry for the late reply lostmario (that Mario Kart defeat the other night has distracted me, lol!)

It'd be pretty cheap, could say about £16 with postage and packaging included but as I think I said earlier on in the thread - it is rather used and not in the best of conditions. I couldn't guarantee that it'd work for a long period of time due to its age. It's up to you, but to honest, you might be better off buying a slightly newer, less used console off of ebay.
