Wesley Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 My brother got me this joke present for Christmas. It was actually... annoyingly, even... fun. Too fun. I may look into buying something else from Meccano.

Wesley Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Why what's up? I thought Meccano was what people leave Lego to go onto... you know, construction with thought... *runs like the wind*
ReZourceman Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Why what's up? I thought Meccano was what people leave Lego to go onto... you know, construction with thought... *runs like the wind* Oh my. *Builds special place to hide in away from the bad people*
Paj! Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Oh my. *Builds special place to hide in away from the bad people* Theres an obvious attraction to the path of least resistance in your life. Get up off of it, wake up.
Blue_Ninja0 Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Speaking of which, man, I love Lego. Who else loves/loved lego?
ReZourceman Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Speaking of which, man, I love Lego. Who else loves/loved lego? I do, I do.
Hellfire Posted December 27, 2008 Author Posted December 27, 2008 No, he was talking about the Gundam, not you. Btw, which store? Jikai in Lisbon? Yep Speaking of which, man, I love Lego. Who else loves/loved lego? Can't say I have a lot, but I love my Star Wars legos. Vader and Palpatine look badass.
Fierce_LiNk Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Lego is a pretty big thing of mine, I used to be huge on it as a kid. I remember the one year, I was given a Lego Castle set as a kid, and I spent the whole day making it. Then, I had a huge battle and destroyed the castle, enabling me to rebuild it again! Also, Star Wars Lego Stuff. I was given a fair bit of it for a birthday one year, and I have a little Darth Vader lego keyring.
Ramar Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 OOHHHHH MYYYYYY GOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I JUST SAW THIS ON EBAY I HAD THIS CANT BELIEVE OMG. I had that figure!!! Ah man he was one of my favourite villans, always get beaten by the turtles! [Thats my story playing, not the cartoon, oddly I don't remember him in the series at all]
EEVILMURRAY Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Why what's up? I thought Meccano was what people leave Lego to go onto... you know, construction with thought... *runs like the wind* You'd thought so, but on reflection it's not really a worthwhile transition.
Blue_Ninja0 Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Nice! I used to build the legos I bought once, and then mix mix all the pieces with the other models and build random stuff, back when my imagination used to be good.
Daniel Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 I remember with lego i had a huge plastic chest kind of thing and all the bits from all the models went into it and all the instructions were kept then every now and again i would just build everything i could in like an afternoon I miss the simple days like that :P
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 So, ReZ, you love Lego? Then I demand you bow down to me! Lego is a Danish invention, you know.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Actually, the Danes are made of LEGO themselves. Curses! How did our secret get out?
Blue_Ninja0 Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Curses! How did our secret get out? Maybe that's why you look so squaaare? *giggle giggle*
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Maybe that's why you look so squaaare? *giggle giggle* I look square (Wiktionary: A socially conventional person; typically associated with the 1950s)?
EEVILMURRAY Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 Bumping to the MAX! Anyone here remember The Ancestral Trail? Whilst drawing something I remembered it. I wasn't drawing a dragon [i did set out to draw one] but I always think of the cover with one on. The first 26 issues, out of 52. Then they decided to go digital/futuristicings. I'm going to purchase them from Ebay. It must be mine once more.
ReZourceman Posted February 8, 2009 Posted February 8, 2009 Don't remember them at all, what are they?
