Slaggis Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 So his keyboard is writing backwards and he wants to know how to change it back?
Daft Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 How can it be for real? You'd have to physically type the sentence and then your computer would have to then reverse it afterward!
Ashley Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 How can it be for real? You'd have to physically type the sentence and then your computer would have to then reverse it afterward! Well from what that link I posted seems to sugget is the curser instead moves from right to left. Rather than it waits for the sentence to be written and then reverses it.

Ashley Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 So you went to Control Panel > Keyboards & Mice and changed it that way. Saved it and restarted? Also http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=57324 Does this affect you in Word or any other thing that lets you type? And if you want to say anything else while its affected http://www.geocities.com/seanmhall2003/SeanSoft/backwards.html :p http://www.makeyougohmm.com/20070827/4752/ may also be of help, seems you may have c&p'ed something thats done this.
Aimless Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 [Obvious] Update your keyboard drivers, especially if you're using Logitech's SetPoint software. [/Obvious]
flameboy Posted August 17, 2008 Author Posted August 17, 2008 restarting didnt correct it...after I changed the settings...but shutting down did. It was doing it in everything, word, IE, Firefox, Football Manager...
Ashley Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 Well crisis averted, panic is over, maiden saved. Time to return to usual Sunday behaviour (which for me is going to work). Thread over. Lockadoo!
Shorty Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 Yknow, to save us some time you could've written backwards on purpose so that it came out forwards.
