It'll be a cold day in hell before MGS4 gets a demo.

As for MGS1 on the PSN? I wouldn't imagine so, it seems pretty obvious that they should though.

The demos just kinda suck on the PSN tbh. I haven't enjoyed a single demo thats gone up on there thats been exclusive. Which sucks, because i'm really trying. Some of the PSN games are pretty fantastic though.

What do you mean region locked? The video on the American PSN?

I think he means that US gamers can only play HOME with US gamers etc...

So I cant hang out with my american buds...

Nah not that, what he said;

I know I have at least 10 US mates some of who I play games with quite often so this is quite annoying.

I never watched the whole video, just the beginning. He said something about it being like the beginner room where u can meet ppl in america. Could it possibly be that maybe there is just different rooms for different regions but u can travel across them?

Or did i miss something that was said later on?

I've heard — i.e. I can't give you an official source — that the hub areas are bound by region but that you can invite anyone into your apartment. That still doesn't make much sense to me, though, as surely that undermines the Home-based attractions such as bowling, pool, etcetera.

Perhaps there are regional servers but you can freely select which one you want to be one, much like how Americans constantly play on the European Warhawk servers. The swine.

Been playing Elefunk. Love it.

I've never been so frustrated by a game yet had so much fun at the same time. Normally things that frustrate me find themselves accelerating out of the window and into the garden two floors below, but this just cool. Really tricky so far. Only on the third level. :D

Eurogamer have a Hands-On with Home and it sounds really promising, especially when he realises that "Running a speed test, I discovered that for a long time I'd been wandering around Home at dial-up speeds. While this obviously had an impact on media elements like the video buffering, I'd still been able to wander around and converse with a large crowd of people, all moving about in real time and doing robot dances, without any lag or stuttering."

Rumor: Wipeout HD Causes Seizures

Last week we reported that as far as we could tell, Wipeout HD was still on track. Shortly after that, though, this appeared on Eurogamer, with David Reeves explaining that the reason we’ve not got a firm release date is that “there is a specific technical problem with WipEout that we have to solve” and that the problem is “a really, really tricky technical problem that no region has been able to solve at the moment.”

There has been much speculation over the last week about just what it is that’s causing the delay and lack of updates from Sony, from theories that the game isn’t making it’s 60fps target to problems with netcode. We’re not privy to the real reasons by any stretch, but every time we’ve seen the game it’s been as smooth as silk, so we’re fairly confident that the PS3 is more than up to the job and we have every faith in Sony Liverpool.

However, one possible explanation for the silence is that the game’s blisteringly fast 60 frames a second refresh rate coupled with the strobing background scenery and constant bobbing of the craft is causing electrical disturbances in people suffering from epilepsy. Certainly games of this ilk have been known to cause motion sickness, but the high-tec imagery used in WipEout HD and the flashing lights might well be adding up to more serious issues, and does go some way to back up what Reeves said last week.

Sony have been in touch with us on this, although we didn’t quite get the answer we were wanting. “WipEout HD is still in development for PSN and we are currently perfecting many aspects of the game, including the online multiplayer experience,” said a spokesperson. “We look forward to unveiling all 8 tracks in the single player game, plus the online multiplayer experience, which allows for up to 8 players on each track, along with all the other game modes.”

We’ve spoken to one expert on the subject of seizures who assures us flashing lights are fairly low down the list of triggers for epilepsy patients, but naturally if this is indeed a contributing factor to the game’s delay, we’re sure the developers are doing everything they can to reduce the problem. We’re hoping for more on WipEout HD soon, so stay tuned to TheSixthAxis.

Im assuming this is for the US Store.

We just got off the phone with Sony, trying to see if we could get more info on Fat Princess, and were told that the demo for PixelJunk Eden will be available tomorrow with the regular PSN update. We're looking forward to people finally being able to test the game out for themselves instead of us trying to explain its simple and addictive gameplay. If you can, grab a friend and play co-op, since the title is even more enjoyable with a companion.

Classic old school shooter with updated HD graphics. I bought it and enjoyed it.......for a couple of days. Its best in online co-op or with a couple of mates. Its very Hardcore, you get a limited number of continues then it dumps you back to the title screen. And IMO hard as nails even on the easiest difficulty.
