Blackfox Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 .. but how does this game work?! I've done it about 10 times and 9/10 times its worked...
Gizmo Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 your stupid. /didnt click link. After clicking it: It's a play on the number 9. All multiples of 9 add up to nine, and adding two digits and subtracting from the original take you to a multiple of nine. 12: 12- (1+2) = 9 74: 74 - (11+4) = 63 All the multiples of nine have the same icon.
chairdriver Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 That is weird! I'm actually scared... I understand now. The answer can only be a multiple of nine, and all the multiples of 9 have the same picture. EDIT: Gizmo got there first.
EEVILMURRAY Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Just done it twice, it didn't give me the right icon.
Guest Stefkov Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Did it without thinking of a number and it gave me one of the symbols under multiples of 9...I thought it was freaky at first.
Blackfox Posted December 13, 2007 Author Posted December 13, 2007 Haha just realised now. If you do it several times the symbols for the multiples of nine change, so it seems your getting a new answer everytime. Thanks!
The fish Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Just done it twice, it didn't give me the right icon. You can't count, or you got very lucky.
Oxigen_Waste Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Just done it twice, it didn't give me the right icon. That's impossible. You must be the one who the title reffers to.
Shorty Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Just done it twice, it didn't give me the right icon. You fail at adding up then, it always, without exception, results in a multiple of 9. 10: 1+0=1. 10-1=9. 16: 1+6=7. 16-7=9. 50: 5+0=5. 50-5=45. 71: 7+1=8. 71-8=63. But Blackfox, c'mon, I thought you were a straight-A genius
EEVILMURRAY Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Ah no, I misread it. I kept subtracting 10. Piece of shit vision, I already use glasses for distance vision, I'll need reading glasses if this continues.
