Patch Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 I have never played the NES version or the Wii VC version. Yet I can definitely remember playing it as recently as a few months ago. I only played it for a few minutes and I'm fairly sure I didn't do anything PC-related. Can anyone help me out? This is what happens when you reach 30

Owario Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Maybe you played another game that was remarkably similar to this. It could happen. What, you mean like Metroid? Anyway, going by what you said I'm willing to bet you either played the sequel for Game Boy or the Game Boy Advance re-release of the original. That or, you know, you're insane.

Yeah it came out in the NES classics series!
darksnowman Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Probably the GameBoy one or the GBA one. How can you not remember!?
Patch Posted March 14, 2007 Author Posted March 14, 2007 Probably the GameBoy one or the GBA one. How can you not remember!? Hey, I have a perfectly good memory. It only lets me down when I need to remember stuff. I've played a lot of games. In a lot of places. The answer to my question demonstrates this quite well actually. I've now remembered it was on a Singapore Airlines flight to (yep, you guessed it) Singapore. Each seat had a small TV in the back which provided film, TV and videogames. They had a Nintendo channel which is where I played the following games for the first time ever: Pokemon Red Some Kirby Game Kid Icarus I think it was a GBA emulator so props to Owario.

Awesome. A SNES beats whatever I was playing. Playing videogames during a 14 hour flight can really make the time (ahem) fly.
