Gaijin von Snikbah Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 A photoshop expert draws John Locke from the Lost series in 3 hours, piled down into a 5 minute video. Post your incredible reactions below.
killthenet Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I drew a better one than that and it only took me two hours.

conzer16 Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 That is amazing! I'd love to be artistic like that.
Guest Stefkov Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Thats quite good. However not as good as the guy who drew a PSP in Paint! [/sarcasm] Its somwhere on Kotaku. Still thats awesome.
The Peeps Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Here's one I drew: haha brilliant I wish I could draw like that guy.
Mr. Bananagrabber Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 BORING! That person needs to get a life!!! Yes. Being an artist isn't, and never will be, a career.
Roostophe Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Okay, I'm impressed, I can't draw anything with a mouse, the artist is talented.
Guest Stefkov Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I don't think it was with a mouse. Maybe a tablet.
Caris Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Okay, I'm impressed, I can't draw anything with a mouse, the artist is talented. Tablet i think, still incredible.
Daft Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Yes. Being an artist isn't, and never will be, a career. That wasn't a comment on drawing, and art in general, which I personaly enjoy...more on what he was drawing! I just think if you are that skilled you could draw something a little more interesting.

Otherwise, it's absolutely tedious.
Daft Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 ... Like Locke carrying a knife! He should have drawn Mr Ecco! He is my favourite Lost person!
killthenet Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 If he loves Locke so much why didn't he just find a photograph of him in a decent resolution? Or draw a massively abstract picture of Locke as a wheelchair.
Eenuh Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I don't think it was with a mouse. Maybe a tablet. Probably a tablet, though that doesn't differ much, just speeds everything up a little. I don't see what's wrong with the subject? People draw stuff of any kind of thing, going from flowers to dogs to horses to people; there's money to be made in that field. Plus there's also the fact that it's a big challenge to draw an actual person and be able to make him look like the actual person (difficult to do). Anyway, great stuff. =3

Gaijin von Snikbah Posted March 2, 2007 Author Posted March 2, 2007 Okay, I'll admit. It took me two and a half. Woah! That is impressive!
