My car ticked over 10k miles this weekend. So I've averaged just under 1k a month since I had it. Hoping that the next 12 months won't be quite so high!

Saw the spyshots of that Renault a few days ago, so glad that they turned out to be real, great paintjob. Sauber colours look good too, right back to their early 90's original theme. Not a big fan of the fins of the McLaren, Renault or Sauber though, getting very excited for the start of testing now.

Absolutely! I'm really hoping a good few magazine publishers will do things like this. I'd much rather have all of my magazines like that than traditional format.

I'm going to get one, after initial disappointment with it I'm really liking it now. Of all that the only thing I can see them adding is the camera. The other bits the vast majority of people just don't need/want in a device like this.

The more I watch the videos the more I really see this as the future of home computing. With a little imagination in app design I think this will pretty much completely replace my laptop. Sure it's missing a few things that would have been really really nice, but theres nothing missing that is going to make the device unusable. As tapedeck says, it's perfect for non-tech-savvy types, it's just so intuitive as to how things work. As an all purpose media consumption device I don't see anything else coming close.

I really don't like the look of it, the engine cover looks hideous. Granted I'm not a fan of the team in general, but I really think thats a weird looking thing.

The thing is I can imagine that a lot of the teams have tested these Red Bull style noses and found that while their great a lot of the car needs to be designed around it, making anything developed previously obsolete. Looks pretty good to me, the shape of these cars is lovely from what we've seen so far. Likewise I'd love them to do well. As a kid it was always Williams I was behind, shame they haven't lived up to previous highs in recent years.

Well they are hardly going to get up on stage and talk about how they missed out loads of stuff and we're all better off waiting for v2.

Having just finished watching the keynote I actually think it looks like a really nice product. It does pretty much everything I use my laptop for in the living room and has everything I'd want when on the move. Add in the native iPad apps that will no doubt come and I think you've got something that is a lot better than many people are giving it credit for. Add to that the fact I was expecting $1000 and it looks even more attractive. Day 1 purchase for me.

General shape and lines of the car seem very nice, I'm not a huge fan of the white and I still don't like the darker red they've gone for over the last couple of years.

They said it will be unlocked and sim free, so I assume we will be able to buy it here and if you want a plan to go with it then you can sort that out at a later date.

I don't think any of my mates learnt in a diesel, instructors are getting stingy! I never find the change that bad to be honest, as a new driver you do get very accustomed to the car you learn in though. Give it a few days after you pass your test and you'll be just fine in your own car. soag,, the Seat seems to be in very nice condition, bet your looking forward to taking to the open road in it. I like the reg too, anything with a Z or X gets my approval.

Yeah the vid makes it look really nice, I can definitely see me using this for my general browsing/playing and then having an iMac for when I want to actually work. The more I see of it the more I want one.

I was a little disappointed in the early stages of the presentation but now I think it will be pretty good. Once we start seeing some nice native apps I think it could be a really really nice little living room device.

They have at least one video there already - I'm watching it. Site seems to be getting hammered though.

Exactly, I could understand it being able to read the documents for meetings etc. but I can think of no time where I would use this for actually creating documents at all.

Surprised by iWork, not sure a tablet is the best place for apps like that.

I think it looks nice, but they need something that makes it not just a big iPhone. Right now I'm not seeing a massive reason for the thing. Brushes looks nice, these iPad native apps are more like it.
