Schools are the worst places to work at the moment: I nearly accepted a position elsewhere last week (!) mid-contract. But then I looked at their curriculum and nope'd the fuck out. Another 500quid a month is NOT enough to deal with management who couldn't find their arse with both hands.

I gave up on Discovery and Picard: Discovery - everybody seems so understanding and kind and willing to give second chances and overlook glaring, murderous flaws. If Picard/Sisko were Captain, Book would have been in the brig. Picard - I liked the first season, second season started well, but after about 4 episodes in I was just thinking" What's the point?" and dropped it from my line-up. Strange New Worlds seems highly recommended, so let's give it a go!
