BTW, just a little heads up. Go check out the DLC! It doesn’t transfer the old stuff along with the save file, so you have to download it all again... The great thing is that it includes ALL of the content that was previously exclusive to those that had save files from 4U and Stories as well! And some content that I believe was previously JPN only! (Like the Yu-Gi-Oh and the Corocoro content!) Also there’s loads of brand new content for MHGU too! Seriously! There’s a TON of stuff on there already! Go get it!

Towerfall has 6 player local support!!!! WOOHOO!!! Also we got a release date for it and Undertale!! I got what I came here for, so I’m happy! Also want The Goose is Loose! I need it in my Hoose!

Got my last 1% and save data has been transferred. Let’s go! Edit 1: Oh man, I forgot just how much extra stuff there was outside of hunting!! (Like the Meownster Hunters!) It’s gonna take me ages to relearn what everything else does! Edit 2: God I LOVE the dialogue in this game!! It’s so charming and funny! Playing MHW really makes me appreciate the goofy dialogue here that doesn’t take itself so seriously! Edit 3: Oh nice! The gallery has a HD version of the Monster Hunter Stories intro video! Nice to see that someone at Capcom still cares about that game!

Yeah I’m probably not gonna play online tonight, it’s too late and I’m too tired; but I’ll definitely be up for some hunts tomorrow!

What if you want to do the secret taunts on the Starfox stages and Palutena’s Temple? That’s basically missing content if you only have a Switch Pro Controller!

Wow! Ug, hu, ly! Why even bother when most Smash diehards will just want a GCN controller? Why not reprint the Wavebird? That costs a bomb now and I'd love a modern reprint!

New gameplay footage! Looks really cool. Like a mashup of Xenoblade X and Zone of the Enders. Art style is gorgeous, gameplay looks fun, if a bit simple. Looks like it's worth keeping an eye on

MHGU is basically a best-of collection of monsters and stages from every previous game in the series. It takes a ton of past monsters and stages and puts them into the MH4 engine. It has over 100 monsters to fight and over 1,000 quests! This is the final game done with the traditional style of gameplay, before Monster Hunter World streamlined a lot of things for the western audience. It also has a really cool style system which greatly changes how the combat plays out, allowing you to specialise in certain styles of fighting and really fight the way you want to.

Well if you transfer your save file and carry on with it, you won’t be getting matched up with newbies; you’ll be getting matched up with veterans. So it shouldn’t be a problem in the full game
