the best bit was when Hiro realises he's gay.

I don't. It might be good that way.

ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh! oooooooooooooooh! Second Sight! Totally forgot this gem. Again, it's good because it uses player agency as a story tool and completely pulls the wool over your eyes in doing so. Very well written, very stylistic and the actual game is pretty fucking good on top of that. Home of the most satisfying sniper rifle in yonks, I'll have you know.

It's a bit mental, yeah. Not completely though- that guy in 100th is the shit but you *can* follow what he does if you know the level yourself quite well. Thusly, it's not that hard to start copying his technique. the guy in first though. I swear he's actually a Jedi.

Na that's bollocks: GTA soundtracks are as well thought out and quintessential to ambience as any scored music. Metroid might have epic electro compositions on the vast empiness of space and isolation, but Tommy Vecetti would inhabit a far less convincing Vice City without Hall and Oats, The Human League and Gary Numan.

I'm not being a fanboy, I'm saying your position is undefendable: the 360 version will be better. that's solid fact. This is a studio with near mythical attention to detail- there's no way the DLC will be anything but complimentry to the experience. If the PS3 was getting the same deal, I'd be in support of that, but the fact remains that rez's mate could buy either, and the 360 has the better options. I'm also including Live! in that statement, because it's far better than PSN.

A+ for me. got 75 chains and 65 seconds remaining

Dude, this is R* you're talking about. They've had an almost perfect track record since the ps2 launched- what are the chances that $50m of MS' cold, hard cash warrants poor output from the best western dev studio going?
-
when all's said and done though, the 360 version will have more to do, making it better.
-
no, it's not annoying. At least not for me, anyway. I've always seen it as more of a puzzle game than a straight up shump so for me, each wave that kicks me in the teeth one day is just a challenge to be beaten another, and that's so satisfying when it comes around.

I suppose the hook of 'it's going to be better, more people will have it and the online functions will actually be sensible' doesn't work? lost cause, methinks.

http://www.wikipedia.org rules should be in there, man. They're pretty simple. Other than that, it's all politics between players - you can send messages to eachother and come to agreements.
-
not really, just get your head around the rules and you're good to go soon as we have enough people.

I just blazed my high score by almost 1 million..... yes.

call me streotypical, but A&E is pretty special. If you've not heard their earlier stuff; be warned that Seventh Tree is a major departure. Their other albums are glam infused electro stompers, by and large. Excellent in my book, just don't to hear expect folk revival again.
