The Incredibles My favourite Pixar maybe. I love every second of it: The art, the characters, the world of tomorrow/ silver age homage. Everything. It's just fantastic.

Wasn't Reborn extended by an issue because it was doing well? I read somewhere that #4 has '4 of 5' on and 5 has '5 of 6'. If they did that, it's no surprise that everyone else has had Steve around early. Still, it's hardly a surprise, what with the whole Reborn title. Always seemed a rather dramatic and pointless Retcon to me anyway...

So Captain America: Who Will Wield The Shield was pretty decent. Nice to have something a little deeper than Steve jumping straight back in to costume after mentally traumatic psychic time travel. Not as obvious this way. Worth a read for everyone I think (requires no reading of Cap Reborn, too.)

230 patch is out. Presumably fixing the shotties and whatever this weeks flavorsome glitches are.

Personally I like the GTA handling. It's kind of modeled on the French Connection era car chase feel, which works really well. satisfying heft to the cars is what nails it for me. Course, Paradise is arcade perfection but in terms of what fits in to Liberty City, it would feel nasty in GTAIV. --- Desiega DS Holy. Fuck. This game is awesome. I'd heard good things about the ps2 version but it really is something else. Vast in scope, tactically fathomless and darkly funny as hell it's turning in to the best RPG/TBST I've played....uh, ever. Yep. And I've barely scratched the surface. Lawd.

All this. Rage. Today should be good. Off to see Avatar later with my bro. Should be fun- not seen a 3D film yet so I'm pretty curious to see if it's any good. oh and it's new comic day. Means Invincible is out! and a whole bunch of other stuff. Yehaw.

that's about the sum of it. Max is naughty and gets sent to his room without dinner so he creates a fantasy world in his head,in which he's king of the monsters. Brilliant. It's only 20 pages or something.

I always knew there was something...off about you ---- Where The Wild Things Are Absolutely fantastic film. Very little plot per se but everything else made up for it. As a visual and aural experience it's totally engrossing and thematically it's absolutely perfect. Captures the sinister beauty of Sendak's original and turns it in to a bittersweet love letter to childhood and imagination. 10/10

I never finished KOTOR. the fucking asshole last boss turned out to be unkillable because I'd not leveled up any long range attack powers. I was one of those super force centric Jedi and my buff skills turned me in to an unstoppable killing machine, just long enough to make the fucker run off out of range and recharge. by the time I did this 2-3 times I couldn't stand up to him because my force powers were spent and I got rinsed. Fucking game... -
