  1. Hey, never knock the fact that we got Minish Cap before everyone
  2. Boo-fucking-hoo. Nintendo have stated that Metroid Prime 3 is the last in the series or Prime games. They have also stated that LoZ:TP was the last in that incarnation of how Zelda games are. Where do they see two of their biggest franchises going next? P.S. Hobbzinio - Your sig is full of such teenage angst that I can almost feel it asking you to slit your wrists. Yeah I said you not me.
  3. They could just be hashing it and sticking in shots from the PS2 version, wouldnt be the first time. But hey if this is graphically better and the gameplay is equal or better to the GCN, then I might pick this up. Fact of the Day: Voice actor who did Leon in RE4 is also the voice of Bear from .HACK//Sign . Who'da thunk it. He can speak both English and Japanese well enough to voice act...
  4. Yes Pit can fully fly. Him and MetaKnight were included to increase air combat in the game. I'm really looking forward to playing with those two. Hehe.... shedding wings. Think maybe they fall off if he flies too much or too high?
  5. Are there any plans to updat the Mii system? What planned Nintendo periperals are being explored? Can we expect to see a mic for the wiimote?
  6. The graphics are better. There are a huge amount of lighting effects being used in comparison to the other two and lots of nice particle effects. Find a video where Samus charges her beam cannon.
  7. Haha, Biochemistry.... I dont miss it at all. I just had to learn too much information in too short a space of time.
  8. Does anyone else think that the Wii mote might actually pop outta the shell too? Just imagine if you pulled the trigger really hard, it would push B from underneath and push the wiimote up. There doesnt seem to be enough of an overhang to stop it gett messed at the connector.
  9. Yeah, guess that is a factor. It's weird though because it's almost like the game spoils itself. Like later on when you get into the hi-tech areas, you just dont appreciate the level of detail that you are seeing half of the time. Never really known a game that has done that before.
  10. He's right man. I have been "learning" to draw from teachers for a year now and my actual skills at shading and stuff are still pretty bad. Thing is though that once you learn to use techniques such as overlap, perspective, foreshortening and understanding some anatomy, you are well on your way. I'd suriously sugest looking at some books out there as well. How to draw the Marvel Way is very good i think. Another thing (cos I did this), don't look at part of what people try and teach you in drawing and say "nah that doesnt sound lke it will work for me". Honestly it ususally means that you find it too hard and you just arent willing to put in the practice to get good at it. Once you do get good at it you will feel silly (as i did) for not using it more before. But hey you might not be like that. @Shorty: Thanks matey, there are still things that I dont like in it (as there always should be) like something to do with the guys pose on the left. I think his shoulders should be a bit more back because they are forcing his chest to look a bit thin. Also need to work on some mark making skills to be able to get some texture into these things.
  11. Hey I was just suggesting ideas. I didnt dislike MP2, there are just a lot of small reasons that make it a lesser game to MP in my eyes. Like the ammo system, the weapons themselves, the palette of colour for the game (again not as good as MP), bosses, visors (cmon.... the "dark" visor and sound visor wasnt used enough or in any kind of variety) and the visual side of the scanning system. But yeah people complaining about the way the dark world was with the bubbles is missing the point. It does a very good job of making you feel threatened. I thought it worked fantastically.
  12. How about the fact that the ammo system was painful and the weapons weren't that great. Not to mention that Hellfire probably found it a bit too hard
  13. Can we replace NoE with Robots?
  14. Yeah good chance of that. Can't have 2 1st party titles battling for the xmas spot. It's gonna be SSBB that gets delayed if anything tho. I'm hoping that there will be some great VC releases around xmas too. Any ideas on why Trauma Centre is taking so long?
  15. Both came out in September as I remember. Edit: Ok I was wrong. But yeah September would be a good date.
  16. Nah, kill off Sylar. Next season should be more about conflict between the heroes' interests. Just like the last generation mutants.
  17. Well I could be wrong but I think that it means that it started yesterday
  18. Oh cmon, do you really expect something before tomorrow? Haha! It says "Starting today"
  19. Just went on... the timer pic is broken
  20. Batallion Wars could potentially get released over here first. Kuju is based in UK after all.
  21. Necro posting! Nah its cool. This thread has purpose. This is some work that I just handed in for an assignment. Comments welcome.
  22. Its not fair its not fair.... this movie is gonna be fantastic. The movement, momentum and weight are fantastic. Really glad to see that included Starscream's signature transformation sequence. Did everyone see just how big a difference in size there is between Jazz and Megatron? He might as well be fighting Devastator.
  23. Oh good god, how has the seminal Dungeons & Dragons not been mentioned yet? A fill made on the budget for a channel 5 tv series episode. Staring the guy who played Jimmy Olsen in The New Advenures of Superman, a film which combines all things evil including the worlds worst "NOOOOoooooooooo!" line. Yes it beats even Starwars Ep. III. The most painful bit is watching the extras and seeing Jeremy Irons get SO upset wwith the fact that he is ANYTHING to do with the project that he leaves the set completely silently with 'ought but an expression of pure death. Watch at your own risk (I suggest removing all shapr objects from your vicinity when watching). http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0190374/
  24. The original was by far the best imo. It has some huge environments which really made it beautiful. Also this rendition won't suffer from disturbingly close pop up!
