Im still waiting for one of these things to come with a built in HSDPA modem. Surely they're just begging for it? Until they pop those in and give a better battery life (5 hours+) then im not interested. The day a model like that is announced is the day i pre-order

Mr 7, you'll be booking it for the Friday and Saturday nights? Or the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights? Im guessing people will be staying for different lengths of time so it's probably best to find out how many nights everyone who's staying at the hostel wants to be there for.

The score scales based on your PCs spec. Daft? Yup. If you add a GPU your RAM's score will drop a little, along with everything else.

4.7 here because of my processor My RAM scores pretty well (it bloody well should do too, set me back £70 for 2GB!) I wish AMD would hurry up and sort Phenom out, i could do with a better CPU. Upgrading to a Q6600 is gonna set me back £200+ even with the recent price drop

Still looks like a Platformer to me, it's just a vehicle based platformer. It's the same genre with a different focus.

Actually i said the wednesday before that, but you then had router trouble/didn't turn up etc. Lightning blowing up Skunky's router isn't really his fault though, and in light of the fact that you were excused for your router buggering up i think it's only fair if there's one last chance to play the match ONE LAST CHANCE. It's still a rumour then, it appeared on a Namco release list by accident and was then removed. It was either a typo, or they didn't mean to announce it just yet, either way it's likely still a 360 exclusive (most likely timed, i.e. 2008 release for 360, 2009 for PS3)

I've got: GTAIV Forza 2 Halo 3 GHIII Command and Conquer 3 Rainbow Six: Vegas Gears Of War GRAW (when i get it back from a mate who's had it since March '07!) I pretty much trade games in when im done with them, the only reason i still have Forza, C&C and Gears is because the trade in price is so low for them!

The game won't happen until they get Ubisoft on board. That could take a while, and they won't start production until they actually have Ubisoft's support. Assuming they get that by the end of 2008 then you're still looking at a 2011 release (possibly the tail end of 2010), by which point the next generation of consoles could well be upon us (i can certainly see the next Xbox getting released around then, possibly a HD Wii too). Ancel has a lot to live up to with the sequel, and as a result will (hopefully) be taking his time with it. You wouldn't want another NiGHTS would you?

Make sure the set does 1:1 pixel mapping via VGA, otherwise you get overscan (the TV will cut off the top, bottom or sides of the picture). You can usually find out by doing a search over at http://www.avforums.com

Upgrading the processor is a big job, only do it if you're sure you know what you're doing. A 3GHz P4 should keep you going for a while though if you don't play games. Oh, and XP only supports 3GB RAM

Damn straight! A party game like Raving Rabbids selling well on the Wii clearly means that BG&E2 will sell well on the system! The games are so similar so they'll obviously appeal to the same people There's not a hope in hell that this will be on the Wii. Ubisoft haven't even approved the game for development yet, once they do it'll take Ancel and his team a good few years to make the game. You're not gonna see it on the Wii. It's a next gen launch title if ever i saw one (bet you lot were thinking i was away to say why it'll be a 360/PS3 game instead weren't you :p)

Just seen a map of Wireless, it hardly uses any of Hyde Park. It's at most a quarter of the size of Live 8, so no worries about there being room for our meet. It runs from the Band Stand, up to the Joy Of Life Fountain, across the Princess Of Diana Mermorial Walk and then down to the Little Nell Statue (this'll make more sense if you look at this map)
