Will we will be seeing a big cut in the price of the current iphone as a result of the new one, noticed in US you can now get the old one for $99. I've been thinking of cancelling my contract with t mobile as I annoyingly don't get a signal at work...and want an iphone. O2 still got exclusivity?

No he didn't...I watched a couple of hours of it at various parts. He got to the games kill screen at one point but was sort of the high score by some 100,000 points. There was a power cut on one of his runs..,conspiracy theorists are already abound that it was caused by Billy Mitchell...probably hitting up some of his famous hot sauce. I plea anyone who has not see then film should watch it. I might bob on some Killzone later...was on it this morning and kicking ass...was using matchmaking to only play people of my rank and seemed to be ok.

I have to admit I feel the same and find it quite uncomfortable to use. Any game that lets you use the D-Pad instead I use it...

Yeah...imagine if the tear jerker (which is definitely going to come) was after you last adventure the griffin realising its time is up and it visibly looks old as you remember the good times together and he then snuggles up (Yoda style) and silently passes away... :cry::cry:

No way could I be bothered with that all...didn't help that the trophy patch came out the day after I completed the main story mode.

Well I still havn't even watched the end of Series 3...because I got so annoyed with it all...Now reading that they could be turning Claire into lesbian just reeks of desperation.

Your missing my point slightly...They already make a pretty big margin off the Slim and Lite and now they are making even bigger margin off this. I can understand your point, just because we are used to manufacturers often selling consoles at a lose or minimal profit.

lovefilm or tesco (actually run by lovefilm but cheaper) I ended up cancelling mine as I wasn't getting any of the games high on my list and at the time just wasn't playing enough to warrant it...

Yeah I'm guessing he just doing the costing based on the components pricing which is a reasonable meter to be fair and he probably can calculate the cost per unit to manufacture with some degree of accuracy though as well..It's part of his job to work out such things so he can make his reports etc...

Ok change of discussion here...Just watching Gametrailers E3 Sony Review and everyones "favourite" analyst Micheal Pachter said Sony are ripping off gamers with the PSP Go! He said he knew the relevant costs of the UMD Drive and that is was less than the flash memory that is now in the PSP Slim and Lite..>Presumably bluetooth isn't that expensive either and he said the S&L is already profitable so they are rinsing us for money with the Go!

I wouldn't usually, have cancelled many preorder thinking I don't need that crap and theres no room for it...But now I've split up with my girlfriend (that was ages ago now) I'm ready to indulge my inner geekdom. YAY! FTW! It is an awesome special edition if you ask me.

It's defintely been delayed until August 28th which is border line Q3/Q4 as it is. I cancelled my preorder of the normal edition and plumped for the amazing looking Special Edition.

Still a shitty extra feature...guess it shouldn't affect any future support for trophies as that is mostly run server side...but still annoying...

But surely if it used flash memory it could use memory cards for the same functions. I'll be pretty pissed off if the Go has a better online service as a result and PSN experience closer to the PS3. Although guess this is no different with what Nintendo has done from DS phat/lite -> DSi.

Surely that can be simply updated via firmware though...I'm holding off "upgrading" till the price comes down but I don't want to miss out by being a 3000 owner (not even owned it for a year yet)
