http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=25394 So for those people who still holding out hope that there would be some kind of full UMD trade in afraid not...to be honest its a good range of games and to be able pick 3 from there wouldn't be to bad there are decent titles, annoying to see 2 games from each of the Buzz and Syphon Filter series... I personally think this also continues a worrying trend that not all UMD PSP games will be making it to PSN if they are offering such a limited range.

But the secondary stick is just another wand...I've hear they were demoing using the wand in one hand and a dualshock in the other...

You can play it as either take all the driving assists off and it a sim add all of them and its as arcadey and simple as they come, use a couple of them such as traction control and its a nice mixture of the 2.

All sounds more interesting than some of the dross that showed off natal...

urgh really...I found resi 5 a chore to play for the most part...so the thought of playing more just isn't attractive.

I got mine but then its a press one so its slightly different... Yeah I'm most excited about GoW3, Heavy Rain and Split/Second.

Yeah your right, I stand corrected...makes no odds to me going both days anyways...so yeah we should get meet done....tellyn, dan dare and someone else are all going and we are meeting up? So the more merrier.

Kinda have mixed feelings about, it was obvious that if PS2 compatablility was going to come to later models of PS3 then it was always going to be via individual PSN downloads that Sony can make profit from rather than offering you the chance to play your old games...If the pricing is competitive (something that will be hard to do with the second hand market) then its fine...but with it being Sony I can't imagine it will be, look at their ridiculous pricing for PSP games.

YES!!!! That is what we are saying, its because its not the same data its all compressed etc...and stored ready for a restore and the PS3 can't unpack all this stuff from a drive and then at the same time rewrite it back onto the same drive to run again...

your computer should read the files I remember afterwards plugging my external drive in and it had folders on it relating to the PS3 not that any of it made any sense...guess it would work but I wouldn't want to say for sure just in case the transfer to PC does anything to the files..

It's on Thursday and Friday I think...I'm going on both days, got myself a press pass! Doesn't amount to much just an area to charge laptops and get internet...am planning on filming stuff whilst there for The Lethargic Gamers Show if you interested in taking part? Basically first thing Thursday I'm gonna make a beeline for all the stuff thats not realised until next year and get that all done and played as much as I can, cos the queues could get annoying...

no think you've kinda done it the wrong way round sort of...I backed up my drive to a seperate external drive and then put my new empty drive into PS3 and used to data on the external drive to transfer the backup stuff onto the new drive...not sure if it can boot the back up data from the ps3's drive itself...

have you got a backloggery account? you should get all your stuff logged on there...
