I was meaning to watch this ages ago! Currently attempting to burn through Star Trek TNG... I envision a sort of Deadwood meets Sopranos/Sons of Anarchy. Buscemi's in it, which surely means everone on earth should watch it. I'll probably get round to it next week.

Well if you read the write-up with how mr-paul 'died' you'll see that it's not altogether clear what happened to teh body, and jonnas makes an interesting remark that suggests all is not what it seems. Even so, we've not seen the princess in any other write-up.

Danny; my logic being that Ell's suspicion yesterday was in not voting for Paj, while Cube has been identified in teh write-up but not referred to as a jedi when wiki clearly says he ought to be. 'The Smuggler' and 'The Gambler' are surely han solo and calrissian - they're not jedi, hence the description. While they're probably not evil, I just think that Cube is lying about his character, and I don't think Maddog would be that varying about his descriptions. I understand that Jonnas has some backing now, but I would again rather we had a fair trial and heard from all candidates before we shoot first. Why waste this chance of pressure?

I'm not asking for roles, just targets. This can help map people out in the write-ups. ReZ has a list a few pages back which has everyone and their presumed roles, so it's not like the mafia doesn't already know. I don't think you have anything to lose with revealing that information nintendohnut. Unless you're mafia. Eenuh; In my mind Zell and Tales are both equally unknown. Who have you been targetting, Eenuh? I know of two of them, and y'see the night you were blocked by me was the night nobody was killed - I stopped 3 people from getting to cube and I do suspect that he may've been a target. If people don't want to come forward with their targets then there's nothing I can do! It's just all i can think of that'll aid our deciphering of the write-ups. Can I urge nobody to target me tonight. I'll be targetting myself, so it'll be futile.

Rummy; Cube; Tales; why not list your targets for each night? I know dannyboy's target claims already, and the rest of you are too many pages back.

... If cube's the masked roleblocker then I'd bet he's mafia. No offense to him, but he's done more wrong than ell. I'd like to hear from all three of these guys (I don't think peeps is maff) before the end of the day, thus; Vote: Cube To keep the phase going 'till we hear from ell and jonnas!

I have listed my targets a couple of times. In order; 1. Aquila (I fended off 1 person that night) 2. Paj Meen Ah [effectively Marcamillian now] (fended off 1 - eenuh) 3. Cube (3 - Eenuh and ReZ claim two of those spots) 4. Mr-Paul (1) 5. jayseven (I rendered myself unconscious, which I think means I can't be killed, but means I dunno if anyone targetted me) 6. ReZ (1) I don't know what Eenuh does - she claims to be an info gatherer of sorts. She effectively gave ReZ the 'ok' after her information matched with his name-giving. My role is to protect my target - but not just from kills. Anyone targetting my target will be roleblocked. Who's next?

Danny: Why don't we just wait a few more days/nights before we get round to that? You have to understand that ultimately it's your word we have. I am inclined to agree with you based on how you and the princess are described in the first post, but I think we're better focusing on other areas right now.

Done well in the sense that the remaining ones are well disguised, that we don't really have any concrete evidence for anyone.

Just spent three hours going through the whole thread again, making confused notes. If I follow the general discourse, and if I am to believe the knotted reasonings, then this is the list of players deemed 'good' by others who have been deemed 'good' -Cube -Dannyboy-the-Dane -Diageo -Eenuh -heroicjanitor -Jayseven -MadDog -Marcamillian -Nintendohnut -ReZourceman -Rummy -The Peeps Which leaves Zell and Tales. I personally think that Eenuh and Maddog are certainly good, and throughout the thread I have wavered in my belief about everyone else - nintendohnut, Rummy and Dannyboy especially. We have no sign of a princess whatsoever, so I am unsure what to think of him. This game has mostly been townies arguing amongst themselves. Smeagol was uncharacteristic, refusing to do his write-up analysis (too tricky when you're evil!), chair was fairly quiet, but extremely tactical, being the 2nd person to vote for smeagol. gmac was absent for most of the game. I therefore think that Tales and Zell aught to be pursued first. Vote: Tales

Also, maddog has a double vote and investigative powers? Has he displayed this previously? The list of people who voted yesterday and who've voted for Zell so far is fairly important - seeing as yesterday an evil was caught - so I'm not saying I distrust maddog or anything, just that since the star wars mafia has begun I've felt extremely confused with this mafia and that... well essentially I was hoping someone with more energy than me would be all SUMMARY SUMMARY GO GO GO... I don't want to risk being part of some clever ploy by the mafia. We're two votes away from a lynch, so my vote isn't important either way.

So what are people's notes? Who, besides ReZ, kept a list of who they trusted and who they did not? Perhaps I should put a couple of hours aside tomorrow. I've had suspicions about heroicjanitor and diageo for a while and I can't correctly recall why, besides just their tempraments. I also don't think I've followed closely enough to see what the Zell vote is for, though I'd gladly add my vote if someone can surmise the argument against him for me. I don't get why you said 'but' here? Surely it'd be 'and' that you are looking for. Maybe it's just semantics...

Lolcrouch. I really like Carroll, but you could tell he was nervous the whole game. No other comments.

Just checked his IMDB page to see the order of his directed movies. Planet of the Apes was always going to be the wrong film for him, and since then he's not done anything to astound me at all - except Big Fish - even that I hated the first time I saw it. He has fantastic vision, but working with the same cast over and over again is just making him a one-trick pony. He's essentially just a slightly disturbed version of Spielberg. Say it ain't so.
