Super Smash Bros Brawl Mafia II - The Game Begins
jayseven replied to Diageo's topic in General Chit Chat
Ok. Well I don't think my ultimate target really matters as they don't seem to be a threat. But are you saying that it's possible Zell wasn't the killer? Zell; what've your other actions been? -
So I've just about finished Lego Indiana Jones, and while it's made me really want to watch the films again it's not as rounded as Lego: Batman is. Too many "do [action] [a stupid number of] times," which means the 1000g is entirely possible but too much of a chore to do. Need proper good game to play, like

I'm Kid Icarus; my target is highlighted (literally, by a beam of light) in the write-up. -

Not that I'm aware of..? Night 1 I targetted Jonnas - althetic man. Night 2 I targetted Ell, but my PM suggests I talked to a sexy lady, then I was locked up (unsure if that means someone switched my target, or if the lady was the person who locked me up). Last night I targetted Peeps; ... Who someone said must be ike (I have no idea who ike is; I've not played brawl). -

To answer your question yesterday; I targetted ellmeister on night 2. I avoided it because targetting someone who dies is generally a bit of a "... shit!" moment. But thankfully; Vote: Zell. -
1 is assassin's creed 2?

A nice sunday so far - not had too bad a hangover, went out for thai food and played some afternoon chess with my dad (he beat me 2-0 :P). Crossword, then some xbox while the sun's not in me eyes, then MOTD and voila. All to the tune of some cider, of course. No work tomorrow AND my girlfriend's back from her holiday.

Isn't 2014 a bit closer than the "oh we won't see another console for 5 more years" that they said last year? Clearly this is a reaction to nintendo's rumoured wii sequel?

I think people should stop worrying about the activity in games on the first few nights! -
TBF Shorty showed me that exact clip a few years ago. I would love to see soups go all hardcore and Rock Lee Unleashed on us. OTT action badassery is always welcome.

Watched both united and chelsea live - both games were vaguely unexciting in large parts. Everton were clearly out of the game, and united stepped up a gear for the last 10 mins of both halves - it wasn't 'til giggs came on that they started to utilise their corners, but ultimately a well-deserved goal. Chelsea's game was ridiculously waterlogged - lending a hand to torres' goal. The celebration was fantastic, mind you! You could see the relief in everyone. The spurs-brom match had the best goals. In terms of the league standings, though, it was a fairly standard game. Another week towards a united crowning - games vs. arsenal and chelsea are obviously of utmost importance!

Are we expecting a nuke?

It's Gaggle's birthday! Dan Dare's brain twin, gentleman extraordinaire; purveyor of normality, stability and calm dilemma. A stalhart in the n-e history books - a sturdy pew in the church that is our forum. Happy birthday to a wonderful member - may his signature remain as gramattically uncertain as ever! (Ok so his profile says his birthday was yesterday, but he didn't get a thread!)

I don't like how singer's stuff read. there's danger in trying to take the ST world too far into the future - too much bullshit would be had with the tech for a start.

Maaan, another glorious day with televised football... and I have nobody to go watch matches with :'(

(dannyboy - I'll be bringing chess so don't weigh yourself down with a set as well!)

Why do you ask? -
Feels good to be winning again :P Heroijan; my players are hardcore. ReZ; you have the strongest side so you should do the best. I still don't have much strength upfront. Despite noodle losing heavily yesterday, he's still going to be a handful on tuesday.

May day in the uk isn't primarily a labour day. Typically the first monday of may is off, but I heard that there are considerations to move the bank holiday to october as we have a rather congested period around easter. http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizensandrights/LivingintheUK/DG_073741 Typically there are 8 a year but this year we have the royal wedding as an extra, and next year we'll also have a 9th bank holiday to celebrate the queen's diamond jubilee which will give us a 4 day weekend in june.

What are you on about? It's friday today.

You funky europeans may not quite 'get' what's going on, here on our crazy lil' island. So crazy, in fact, that I'm not sure I've got it quite right, but here goes; Good friday is tomorrow, so we have it off as bank holiday. Monday is easter monday, so we get that off. However, friday is the royal wedding, so effectively next week is a 3 day week. Then the following monday is also a bank holiday for 'may day', which means the working week is 4 days then 3 then 4 again. Which is pretty awesome. Except for people who aren't working and aren't getting paid (like myself). But the question is - do people have plans? Is anyone watching the wedding? Personally, I've taken thursday 28th and may 3rd off, so I have 6 days off in a row (after working two days) to visit sheffield for madness and frolics. This long weekend I'm having a bbq on the beach, watching football and visiting london. You guise?

There've been non-mafia ones like that, too. I was 'repeating' the issue because essentially flink wasn't clear about it - his wording did not completely link him to the write-up piece. And as for highlighting him to the mafia... well mafia surely like people who keep the game confusing. And if someone is a protector and think a townie has been outed then they can feasibly protect that person, which means that a protector would be more useful than just radomly targetting :P For town, the more people who we know, the less potential mafia there are.

My problem with your concept is that it's rather stereotypical! Theatre = tragedy(drama)/comedy. Think of the roots of theatre; something the world has in common rather than highlighting the different elements of international theatre? I'm somehow thinking of the triforce; love, power and courage. Ethos, logos, pathos -- reputation, logic and emotion. Three elements that work against and with each other. Swirling into a globe shape. Yeah. ... Yeah. I don't really know.
