No, but you cast the first random vote. I'm going to get annoyed when four people (for the record; diageo, peeps, esequiel, ReZ) jump. Chances of one of them being scum? High.

Does Anyone Have Any Interest In Making Comedy Videos

So much wrongful use of punctuation marks in this thread... -
Peeps; going around demanding information doesn't work that easily. Give before you take, duh.

Missed it last night but that line-up seemed uninspiring. Will try to watch it tonight so long as the adverts don't make me sleepy.
-
What? No. Go away. Stop being so mafia.
-
Fuck it. Not been able to do anything any game anyway. Vote: Dazz.

Vote: Diageo. Bare Bones works better when you stay chilled for a couple of days while things come together so we can cross-reference write-ups rather than going batshit crazy.

I think this film did exactly as it intended, and did it well enough. It's very much A Weekend at Bernies-style 'of the time' hi-jinkery formulatrinic 2000. I think I'm trying to say too much at once with that. The film's throwaway late 80's/early 90's we'll-play-a-song-you've-kinda-heard-real-loud-when-we-go-from-A-to-B (and 'I Ran' at the end, to illustrate) harks back to an era when this was pretty much what you got with a sequel - the same scenario, the same characters, just everything up a notch. I wouldn't care if there was a third! ONE THING that got me, though, was the second-to-last photo during the credits

I got 7 players in the x11 and didn't get manager of the round... I think it's based on how well 'planned' your tactics are combined with win/loss. My players played insanely well against ReZ today. My dev values are looking rather healthy with lots of 14-16s already and 6 games to go. If I go up then come straight back down again then I'm going to quit this team and start from scratch! Maybe.

The game goafer talks of was banned in a lot of schools. I never personally played it but I saw the older kids playing it. re: 40-40; it's essentially hide-and-seek with teams, where the hiding team are trying to get to a safe spot but usually that's defended so various rules are made to give the hiding team a chance of safety. If someone was caught they'd either switch to the other side (unfair) or be put in a 'pen' that you could rescue them from. Essentially the rules were set specifically per game, depending on how many were playing and where we played. We spent many a summer day playing it in a massive park that wasn't just a field - it was sooo cooooool...

no, he's just blatantly gay.

We used to call it '44 save-all' -- never (rarely) played it on the playground. It was reserved for commando-based espionage games of metal-gear stealth up the park on a long weekend or during summer. Epic. We played It on lines -- essentially the same as the bog-standard game, just the rules being you had to use the lines marked on the playround, and you could only be 'it' if you were tagged on the same line. Our playground had the basketball court intersect with the football pitch so it was quite fun. There were various good/bad games; Cops and Robbers or Cowboys and Indians but they were stupid and nobody ever 'died' when they were shot so they were stupid. I played 'doctor and nurse' and Kiss Chase a few times, but ultimately it was football. Yeah. Rain days = awesomeness though! Boardgames and stuff.

I'm not going to bother watching the results show (why ever bother?).
-
No but you can be criticised on your approach :P

You would be able to troll star trek a lot better if you had seen any of it. Knowing your holiday plans is useless, but your mispronounciatons were funny. Be more REZ and less generic 'i-hate-something-everyone-hates' Yeah not whateve ryeahadfnaksdgnbaosidbg./

Hot girls doing martial arts? yes mate. Staff as well? Hotter than the fire-breathing ladies, even if they were pretty shit with the staff. Actually - to be fair -asides from the sexuality of the act, it was pretty shit.

Dan; I'll take that as a veiled compliment :P if I see it cheap somewhere I'll consider it! Daft; I bought and now own the first 3 books in the culture series (not including the short story stuff). I'll be happy to send you the books as I read 'em! I know you've said you aren't in ownership of much free time currently but I don't mind shipping you The Algebraist if you want. Personally I read this first to just double-check the sci-fi Banks was something I'd be interested in. It's more complex narratively than Consider Phlebas seems to be so far, but maybe it just set my mind in order for the other culture stuff. To anyone else; does anyone seriously feel up for a share library? The best thing about reading good books is talking about them with people. We've had book clubs in the past but ultimately they won't work unless we share. I have some books I don't mind sending to people if they want them. Will compose a list of stuff in the coming week.

Whereas, pianist guy clearly has mega talent. I like his quirky take-a-bit-of-everything play. Would prefer to see him really explode with something unique but hey, still the best thing yet. And tbf 6 days worth of adverts every 5 mins... maaan it's painful!

having previously been anti-dog stuff, the dog lady was alright. The sexy half-naked ladies were... well... just half-naked. Prettyy shit aside from that. Terminator guy is on now and, he's trying to be weird but he's just uncoordinated and not weird enough. Should be more freaky.

I love it. It's like having his own coloured tekst or catch-phrase.
-
It ties in with your disdain for blurbs. Films have to be labelled right otherwise marketing is a distaster and nobody sees the film. If it wasn't called a horror, 'ring' could be about anything. The movie is made knowing that the audience will expect horror, so why not inform the audience?

Vote: No lynch boooo yaaaa.

The girl singing with the dog... She could do alright without the dog, so... wtf?! however there was that 13 year old girl with an astounding operatic voice in the last episode who will clearly do well.

From what I gather; Sepp Blatter is the only person up for the presidential election now. His rival has pulled out while he is investigated for corrumption, along with some carribean dude, neither of which say they're guilty. That's all I know...

3 months may seem like a long time but it's safe to just get the planning out of the way and sit back and enjoy the ride
