Try this, it's a guide that suggests excerises for 2, 3 and 4 day splits. You pick what split you want, and it gives you a list of muscles to work (it looks like a lot but the stuff in italics is just optional), then you click on the muscle and pick an exercise. If you stick to compound exercises for the most part that should help burn more calories. http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMenu.html

Another shout for Majora's Mask. I love the bit where Pamela jumps between you and her farther to protect him, just really touching. Their brief scene at the end of the game where her dad is throwing up in the air and catching her is just as sweet.

Thanks mate, I wonder why they make it a mystery, just noticed my Dragon Quest 9 code doesn't have a value either.

Didn't work for me. Started gonig out with a girl here where I live in the North West of England, it was awesome. But she was applying for jobs all over the country, after a few months she got a job near Cambridge, so she had to move. We stayed together for about 6 months after that doing the long distance thing, where I'd go down and see her every month or two (that was all I could afford). It awasn't ideal but it was ok considering, but eventually she broke up with me because we just didn't see enough of each other. In hindsight maybe I should have moved with her, I still miss her now and that was years ago. We live and learn I suppose.

Does anyone know how many Club Nintnedo points you get with the Skyward Sword Motion Plus Limited Edition? I've got the red booklet that comes with the code but it doesn't mention the value. Thanks.

I think Rodgers' plan is slowly coming into focus. We now have a younger team with many long term prospects. Our centre midfield is especially strong. Interestingly while the failure not to capture Dempsey was obviosuly not part of the plan, it has forced Rodgers to look at his "homegrown" options which actually look pretty good. Some of the credit for that probably belongs to Rafa.

Brad Jones made some good saves too, shame nobody seemed to notice he was fouled for the goal. Very impressed with our youngsters/b-team so far, I'm actually looking forward to our Europa League matches now.

An article on various rowing movements popped up on tnation, maybe you'll find something there you can try. http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/cool_rowing_movements

My current understanding is that the Bible is for the most part the encoded science of astrology, with Jesus representing the Sun. I was raised Christian, but as I got older I soon found what I had been taught just didn't add up. I guess now I'd be considered an athiest but I don't like the labels because I am still interested in spirituality and consciousness, and enjoy trying to figure all these religions out. Whilst something like the Bible shouldn't be taken literally imo, I do think it is an interesting text worthy of studying and understanding.

You've got to cut your calories mate, lots of "healthy food" still equals lots of calories. I know a guy who thought he was healthy eating massive plates of pasta. Nothing wrong with pasta except he got fat cus he didn't burn off all those carbs. Do cut down on the beer, it's useless calories and a first class ticket to moob-ville, it really is the enemy of losing weight.

Exactly what I thought. Though in Europe the Wii hasn't done too badly, at least I don't feel like I've missed out on too much anyway.

Have you considered front squats? I find them quite challenging without a lot of weight. You don't want to go heavy with them too soon anyway as you need to hone your form, especially if you have to clean the weight up as I have to. You can always do high rep squats and lunges too, at least just for a while. Have you got enough weight for bent over rows? Also if you have dumbells you could do some reverse flies and "batwings" on your bench.

I don't know if my faith is any more restored, or even lost to begin with. Nintendo are just being Nintendo, there's good and bad. Sure they make some unpopular and baffling decissions sometimes, but overall I haven't really felt let down by a Nintendo console. The good has always outweighed the bad, and I expect that to continue with Wii-U. I think the idea of one console to rule them all is just a gamer's a pipe dream. Each console will have exclusives worth playing, aswell as unique features. People who felt they didn't need a Wii just because of how technically inferior it was missed out on some amazing games. More fool them if they think specs are everything. Will the Wii-U lose 3rd party support when the PS4 and 20 are released? Maybe, but it doesn't have to happen, the PS2 didn't suffer because of the Xbox, and with the economy in the gutter maybe the (relatively) cheap and cheerful approach to software/hardware this gen is more prudent.

The Matrix, incredibly deep and rich in philosophy.

Totally forgot an obvious one: Sonic Colours 2.

There's literally too many sequels to mention from all platforms so I'll just stick to Wii: Donkey Kong Country Returns 2 - Actually it wouldn't have to be a "Country" game exactly, just another platformer of some kind starring Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong with similarly great level design. Metroid Prime 4 - I've always got time for another Metroid Prime game, and as I didn't pick up the trilogy a "Quadrilogy" edition would be nice. Metroid Other M 2 - I enjoyed it and could certainly play another Metroid in that style. Mario Strikers Charged 2 - Would have to be "Charged", just another Mario footy game basically.

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
pratty replied to Retro_Link's topic in General Gaming Discussion
I've had this on my pile of shame for some time now. I must get around to it but I have Link's Awakening to finish, plus both Oracle games and A Link To The Past to play first. It does look great though, really looking forward to getting around to it. I don't have it on the 3DS, but I just popped it on my DS Lite and it does look good back lit, I'll probably play it on my Gameboy Player though. -
I'm not a masive Kirby fan, infact I've only played Kirby's Dream Land on the GB and Epic Yarn, (I have Amazing Mirror on my pile of shame though). But I just heard this was really good game. I have read a few people like yourself that don't see it as anything special, and I must admit the drawing mechanic isn't something that instantly appeals to me, but the game is widely regarded as a qualilty, if not must have, title for the DS. In terms of playtime I hear it's nothing like DQ9 but I've read it has good replay value which I like the sound of. Maybe I should have the best of both worlds so to speak and at least finish DQ9 first before swapping it, I just don't know if I want to put the time in. Of course I might not like Kirby, but then again I used to think Pikmin didn't appeal to me until I forced myself to play it, and I love it now. I was mostly wondering if the Japanese copy I've been offered was import friendly? I like the box art with Kirby just smiling, if I didn't like the game I could just happily look at the box, lol.

Sorry if this thread is too old to bump. I'm playing through DQ9 on the DS and while I'm enjoying it, it does feel like a bit of a time sink. So I decided I'd offer it for trade, I always fancied trying one of the DS Kirby games like Canvas Curse and Mass Attack. Someone has offered me a Japanese copy of Canvas Curse, and I noticed a few people in this thread imported the the Japanese version. I just wondered if you miss out on much with the Japanese version, or run into any difficulty with the language, I read unlocking items becomes a bit of a lottery. Also is the game a "keeper", as it may be tricky to trade on if I don't get on with it?

Thanks. Yeah it's not an easy job. Luckily I had an old broken DS to practice on first. I wasn't going to do it, but I thought I'd just try on the broken one to see if I could do it. Once I saw what I had to do and gave it a go, luckily I didn't break anything or make my screen worse, so I'm counting my blessings, I never want to have to open my DS again.
-
Well, against my better judgement, I bit the bullet and opened up my DS and by some miracle managed to remove the dead thunderbug without breaking the system. But oh my God, was it fiddly and nerve racking at times.
