Same counts for me I really hope we do get the Wii before Xmas though. Didn't Reggie say just now they would ship 4 million Wii systems before december 24th worldwide? So that would mean we would get the Wii on time, wouldn't it? Or does he mean Japan and the US by "worldwide"? :P

Hey that's cheaper than I thought I thought they would cost more than the cube controllers because of the sensors etc. and I guess I'm not the only one.

Maybe they are doing it backwards :P Meaning Europe comes first, then the US, and then Japan So, $250,- , that would be €250 here with the taxes and all. Can't say I didn't expect this a bit, I hoped it would be less though Maybe the European launch will be between that of the US and Japan? Something like 27th of November? If not, we don't know what were in for. Yes, it could be 20 December thinking it as a world wide launch, but we all remember the DS, don't we?

The slot problem can easily be fixed by a scart splitter. I also have one, works really good and they're pretty cheap. As to the space problem, well, buy a bigger house

Not really, imo. The Wiimote will be the real thing that connects you to the game, the nunchuck is just there to give more control options.

I heard that 3rd parties can use the online service as from 2007. Dunno why though, and I'm not even a 100% sure it's true. As to the friend codes, I'm not really bothered by it, though I'd still prefer a pc-like server browser. And many titles (including the 3rd party ones!) have already anounced an online mode. And on top of that, we also have virtual console, another great online feature. All in all I think the online service is gonna be ok.

I use my pc as a dvd-player. My pc is connected to my (hd ) tv with a VGA cable. The quality's better than HDMI, since it uses the full resolution of the TV (1360 x 768) instead of the resolution most HD ready applications use (1280 x 720).

If I would find a gameshop nearby where I could pre-order the Wii, I'd immediatly do it. Problem is, I dunno whether there is such a shop around here. Maybe I'll just ask some

I've always wondered that too. Ãf there is a heaven, ofcourse. I'm not saying that there isn't one, but we'll just have to find out But, assuming there is something like a heaven, I think we wouldn't have the shape of our physical forms on earth, but more like a spirit or something. You'd probably recognise others by their "energy", not by their appearance. Another question: What the hell is time anyway? With that relativity and stuff, how can you determine "now", past and future? It's different for everyone, but why? I'm making this post now, but the moment someone else reads this, it's in the past that I made this post. So, from that person's perspective, I would be living in the past right now. But I'm not. Warcraft III is the best RTS, maybe a little old but it still looks pretty good, so if you want a great RTS that will entertain you for a long time, take this one The expansion (Frozen Throne) is also very good so I'd recommend that one too.

Sounds like a really nice thing, but it's waaay too expensive! Too bad that MS won't make a 'real' handheld, one that's more a gameconsole than it is a laptop... As soon as this thing (or actually only the Samsung, the others are ugly) drops below €400,- , I might buy one, but I don't think it'll be that cheap for a looong time :P

I still don't have the holder! I registered my PSP in late December, but it still isn't here! Did it take so long with you too or is something wrong here? My ps2 network disc also took very long to get here, but I don't think it took THAT long :P

I really thought I would be disappointed with the controller, whatever it would be because of all the speculation etc. But I'm very relieved that I'm NOT disappointed and actually very exited about the Revolution controller. The mouse of the future imo :-)
