"Hellfire! You have been Evicted! Please leave the Big Brother House!"
-
Aren't we meant to be using the E3 Boards? Shouldn't there be more game threads in there than there are, in preperation for later today! No-one seems to be using them much!
-
I think everyone would have! But hey, this is what we've been given and well it's looking good.
-
This game also needs a Free Run Mode! Where you can just drive the tracks at your leasure without a stupid clock or anything!
-
Gametrailers Video Review http://www.gametrailers.com/player/20400.html Should help!
-
Where's a 'sarcastic slow clapping smilie' when you need one!?
-
Confirmation that the Wii will see this game! A long way off yet! but hopefully that just means it will be something special when it arrives! The Wii should be being fully utilised by third parties by then!
-
First supposed in-game shot of Killzone 2,
-
I'm not exagerating (well maybe a little), but although the boss level looks very nice indeed, the textures/water on the other levels are not really any better than this...! I'm all for gameplay over graphics, but when the Wii is capable of SO much more, it just annoys me!
-
Remember you can just turn as many items off as you want to!

"Hold on a second! What are you guys doing here?!" "Starting today, you’re the mayor!" Suddenly a skyscraper pops up out of nowhere! The fighters are completely blown away by the skyscraper that just shot up underneath them. Awesome. Now THAT’S what I call city-building. I'd guess they spring up and the sink back in straight away.

Very well said! I really hope we see Resi 2 & 3 (Resi 4 style) on Wii!!
-
The trailer itself is AWESOME!! If they put that on TV as an advert, with the 'movie voiceover guy' it would really sell this game as it just makes it seem so magical! The game itself though... at the moment it's looking like a dreamcast sonic adventure, and the Wii is capable of SO much more! Gameplay looks like it could be fun though, but i'm unconvinced as yet!
-
That is one of the nicest boxarts ever!
-
Looks just the same as all the other Mario sports titles! Hope it's not just track and field events, as they could get alot of fun from other events like... - Canoeing/White Water Slalom - Clay pigeon shooting - Archery - Swimming - Hockey - Volleyball - Badminton - Table Tennis - Squash
-
Not really, in the sense that they are both mature titles and Resi games; and Capcom want to see how mature titles and the Resi series sell on Wii, before commiting more of the series to it!
-
Hey if Masachika Kawata said this... ...then who knows!! I wouldn't have thought it anywhere near possible until I read that!
-
So true!I think Resi 5 could be in some trouble when you consider the ammount of time/money they're putting into the game! Hopefully Resi4 Wii and RE:UC really proves themselves, outsell Resi 5 and Capcom bring Resi 5 to Wii in order to make some of their money back on the game!
-
YES PLEASE!! Resi 2 & 3!! I don't want to see any more of Resi 1 for a LONG time!! The final part of RE:UC will be! I think Resi 4 and RE:UC will sell great on Wii!Resi 5 port please!!

- Adventure Mode - like DDK's with unlockable characters/bonus levels along the way, boss races etc... - Downloadable levels. - Different weather options. - Online. Wouldn't really be Mario Kart then though, as the series is based on characters/levels from the Mario franchise. A Super Smash Bros. Racing could make a fantastic new game though!
-
That it was! Still doesn't beat Melee though!
-
Well the multiplayer arenas were way better than those in MK: DD!I actually though the multiplayer in MK64 was pretty great! But whatever, if that's your opinion!
-
a) I had Double Dash on Gamecube up until recently and it got boring really quickly. The multiplayer levels were terrible compared to those in MK64! Really bad! Why mention Double Dash's multiplayer when it's one of the weakest in the series!A 2 player co-op MK: DD Grand Prix was occasionally quite fun... but IMO Melee's multiplayer is superior to anything the MK series has ever offered! b) yeah I do thanks! c) ...ahhh what's the point!?
-
Yeah but Nintendo aren't really looking at it from a business point of view like you described; if they were, then MK would be getting released infront of SSBB worldwide! As it is, it's just that SSBB supposedly won't be ready for Europe this year (which alot of us predicted anyway, with a Jan-March 2008 release), so we get this instead!

Single player: Smash Bros. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mario Kart Multi Player: Smash Bros. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mario Kart There really is no contest!! Unless they have come up with something special for Mario Kart, the series is really getting quite dull! I think it might be aswell, or at least be similar.
