Oooh forgot about that one! Hope they still intend to make it!

As a back-up it's £39.99 and In Stock @ Play. http://www.play.com/Gadgets/Gadgets/4-/1134693/The-Legend-Of-Zelda-Sheik-Statue/Product.html £10 more though, dunno if you'd want to pay that. Yeah would be cool! Some Mario Galaxy ones would be great too!

haha, if you say so!

New Video: http://gamekyo.com/videofr14018_sonic-and-the-black-knight-speed-en-video.html Pointy ears... Sonics in Hyrule! Game looks good! Fast and fluid! On Gamekyo does anyone else have that column on the right always overlapping the video? anyone know how to get round that?

Yeah that was awesome! I don't play many FPS, so don't know if that's been done before, but I thought it was fantastic! Such a simple thing, but makes such a difference!

I'm not sure tbh, I emailed them quite a while ago about OOT Link, and they said about awaiting Nintendo's approval. Though I guess it's likely they are re-awaiting approval for the new design; as once they've got that and produced the figure, would they need yet another approval? I dunno. I'll email them and ask.
-
They are reworking OOT Link; they responded to responses that the face wasn't right! That's why I said I want to see it, because they are still awaiting re-approval from Nintendo or something and I wanna see what the redesign looks like! Also, play.com have their pre-order up for Phazon Suit Samus @ £89.99, though it's probably worth waiting for a price drop; depends if you really want it or not though! http://www.play.com/Gadgets/Gadgets/4-/6080052/Metroid-Prime-Samus-Phazon-Suit/Product.html

Yeah there something odd about the graphics. Edges don't seem all that smooth on alot of objects and abit jaggy. Character models are a bit rough aswell. There were also some wierd graphical destortions of some kind when weapons were being fired. But still, they are putting alot of effort in so I'll keep an watch on it!

The McLaren MP4-24 Comparisons: All Three: Ferrari & McLaren McLaren is definately the bulkiest, and the Ferrari the sleakest, so far. The Toyata's nose if VERY short in comparison. The Ferrari and Toyota have both shifted weight forward resulting in a much longer back end to their cars over the McLaren. You can really see how much futher the Ferrari cockpit is! Very small engine air intake on the McLaren. McLaren features a shopping basket on their rear wing; handy! It will be interesting having a number of different styles on the grid! Also the McLaren has a 3-tear front wing and some bargeboards before the sidepods; both of which I heard were banned for '09?! Good!

You mean kinda like how Melee upped the OOT models, only now even better? so maybe like they looked in the intro... Actually I suppose that's a lot like going back to the style shown in the Zelda spaceworld tech demo [but better facial expressions], only this time the actual gameplay would be capable of looking like that! It makes for quite an interesting style actually, because it manages to blend some realism with a more animated/cartoony look.

I emailed first4figures.com to see if they had any other announcements/figures coming up soon and they had this to say... I wanna see OOT Link!Though Twilight Princess Link would be awesome! and hopefully Link on Epona!!

I'm just quite surprised that every scene so far shown of the game is within daylight hours.I think it'll be an enjoyable game, but I just think given the potential of these next gen systems they could be delivering something so much more and potentially redefining the genre yet again.
-
You digress!
-
Well you can certainly see a lot of the sea! Compared to when you had to cross back across the El Gigante lake in Resi 4 and you could see only what the lit torches and lightning allowed you to see. And anyways, that's just a boss fight section that'll last for about 10 minutes. You know what I'm saying; with next-gen hardware + the Resi series, the entire game should be edge of the seat scary!
-
haha, at least she won an award for it though!

I just meant 'take-down' has been the theme for Season 4, it makes for a logical final chapter, no matter how it actually finally plays out.
-
Is that in response to my post? They're not night-time scenes, they're 'grey-time' scenes! you can still see everything! Night as in... or or IMO Resi has headed in completely the wrong direction with the benefit of next-gen systems. It should be using the dark to evoke tension and fear, through blackest of blacks. Using next-gen lighting techniques [lightning or what-have-you] to give you glimpses of things, make you think you saw something, play tricks on the mind etc... using the darkness, weather, shadows and light. Like how Gears of War Ch3. starts off, only taken up 10 notches!

Dunno what thread this should go in, but here... The Dark Knight as a NES game! Ah... simpler times!
-
I dunno, I'm just kidding!
-
Well then slice me off a piece-a-crazy!
-
Making it worse... duh!

EDIT: Just seen this was posted in the TV News thread, but still... Season 4 will be the last... I'm SO relieved that it's not gonna be dragged on! The story has reached a natural conclusion...Escape - Run/Prove Innocence - [blackmailed by Company] - Take Down Company! REALLY hope we get that two-hour special though, perhaps showing how it turned out for everyone a year on or something? with a mission thrown in there for nostalgia! April's a long wait though and I've been missing it lately, can you tell?... ...gotta get my Prison Break fix somehow!
-
Dodgy translation... N64 much? Hope it looks alot better in motion!

The Toyota TF109 Oh no they didn't!!!!... Anyways... How high is that nose off the ground/front wing! Those front connectors are massive! And the endplates on the front wing look like they mean business! I prefer the Ferrari, but I think it's pretty nice, not sure about the paint scheme from the side or above though. Out of interest do we have any Toyota fans here? I'm not fussed really, I quite like Glock and Trulli, they put in some good drives, but damn I hope there aren't any infamous 'Trulli Trains' in '09!
