  1. I've never had anything blow up like that. But, my driver's side window completely smashed in front on me whilst I was driving. I was happily driving on the dual carriageway, coming to the end of my journey and then Smaaaaaaash! Really was a wtf moment. Glass went everywhere, on my hands, on my face, back, legs. Lovely.
  2. It was interesting to see that their tactics didn't change, even when they were 1-0 down. A lot of teams would have come out and had a go at that point, but they played exactly the same throughout. Still, they're still in Europe and from their point of view they didn't get disgraced in the Champions League. So, hmm. I thought United played well but I would have liked to have seen more movement or pace upfront. It's games like this where we really miss Valencia, because he would have provided one cross that probably would have led to a goal. It would have taken something like that to win the game had it not been won. Fabio looked bluddy brilliant yesterday. Really love the twins. Maybe the idea is to give him a few minutes at a less competitive level but with a bit more challenge than the reserves? Who knows. I was a bit shocked to see that, too.
  3. I think it's probably happened a lot, but Ine does have a way of attracting creepy men. (not including me) There was a dude at the music festival who was drunk and trying it on. I don't think she knew what to do, haha. My best thing for today is discovering these lovely Ryvita things with raisins in them. Really yummy. I love discovering new food with great taste. Thank you Food God.
  4. There's a definite link between who is in it and how enjoyable it is. It's not like it's a small role, it's the leading role. If the film doesn't have a good casting choice, then it's a good bet to assume that it will be less enjoyable as a result of that. Anyway, it's a film based on a game. Who had any hope in this in the first place?
  5. Saw that some Issey Miyake spray was part of a deal earlier today. I spotted it and saw it was going to open in 45 minutes time. I thought "ahh, I'll get to work and get eet there" as I was getting ready. I was late. Got there 10 minutes late and saw that it was gone. It went for 9 pound. Reduced from 31. Am cry! But then, I just checked it again... http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001TRV7AK It was aftershave soothing lotion. I have saved 9 quid. Hurraah.
  6. I'm going to agree with Ramar on this one. Bale was non-existant in the first half. I think overall he had a quiet game, and part of that is down to the high standards we have now come to expect from him. He didn't have a brilliant game, he didn't have an awful game. It was an ordinary game for him. I thought the turning point came after half time with Defoe. Tottenham looked more dangerous going forward. Van Der Vaart got himself onto the ball a lot more than he did in the first half. They closed down the Arsenal midfield quicker. Add to that the fact that the Arsenal midfield took their foot off the gas. I thought the second Arsenal goal was class, and they really should have seen the game out after that. I actually feared for Spurs, because I believe Arsenal could have gone in at the break more than 2 goals up. But, they became complacent after half time, and Harry went for it and got his rewards. Really chuffed that Chelsea lost as well. Also chuffed with Evra getting a goal and Hernandez getting another. Also, despite his troubles, it is good to see Rooney back on the pitch. Not entirely happy with him for obvious reasons, but it is good to have him back.
  7. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Although, I think you gave that dog a happy life. So, remember the good times, which you probably will. Manhugs are coming your way.
  8. Trousers that are part of a suit? The video made me smile. Also, I love that stalking cat video! Me and Ine watch that together. Along with Dramatic Cat.
  9. The game was quite annoying to watch yesterday. Basically, whenever the two centre-backs had the ball for England, one of them would launch the ball forwards, completely by-passing the midfield and getting cleared by the French defenders. It was very difficult for them to build up attacks. When the French had the ball in the same position, they'd work it better through the midfield and up to Benzema. There was more movement going on in midfield, more stuff happening off the ball, which was perfectly demonstrated in the movement for France's second goal. England didn't have that, it was all very pedestrian or Stationary, with nobody working the French midfield. No movement. The one thing that gets me is that although the French team has changed over the years, they have a definite style. A grace to their play and never doubt that they have players who can hold onto the ball, yet move it forward at will. Its all in their technique. That is one thing that doesn't change no matter who is in the team. I don't think England have that. Yet the Spanish, The Brazilians, The Dutch and the Argentinians all have a particular style. Even the Germans. No matter who plays in the team.
  10. Its the voice and the hand gestures, along with the "everybody" parts. Little kids love that sheeeet.
  11. I cracked up at that video. You'd make an excellent children's tv presenter. (in the best possible way). Good video, man. I have been eating cereal (asda's own brand honey nut loops which I highly recommend) whilst listening to Blue Oyster Cult and The Zombies. A positive end to the day.
  12. Happy Birthday Moo-Gull. Mooooo!
  13. That sounds so odd. A video of yourself teaching, without anybody to teach. Just you and the camera. Work the camera, baby. My best thing about today is that I got many compliments about my dress sense from people at work. Granted, I don't think a single one was under the age of 50, but every hole is a goal.
  14. I've never walked out of a film. Purely because no matter how bad the film is, I have to watch it to the end. I just have to...it's almost obsessive. By far, the worst film that I have seen at the cinema is Alien vs Predator: Requiem. I was convinced it would turn out good, so convinced that I dragged a mate to go see it with me. He fell asleep 3/4s of the way through, knackered from the house party the night before, but it was also testament to how lame the film was. Still, I watched it on telly recently, hoping it was better in reality than in my memory. It failed.
  15. I went through the whole spectrum of emotions watching the United/Villa game. Bluddy awful. I don't think there was one person who performed or played decently. Evra and Brown were pretty much battered for 90 minutes by Albrighton, Downing and Young. No service to the strikers. Also, how on Earth Park stayed on the pitch for so long before getting subbed is behind me, as it was easily one of his worst performances in a long time. The team were bad. Villa on the other hand looked great. It was almost comical how they didn't score, at first. Hitting the bar, hitting the post, etc. Yet, somehow, we managed to claw our way back from 2-0 down. I don't know how on Earth that happened. Was quite extraordinary. Didn't deserve it one bit though. Although we did finish the game really strong, it's just a shame the team had to concede 2 goals before they decided to play. Can't believe Liverpool lost..and Chelsea?! Sunderland were incredible yesterday. Every single player. They attacked Chelsea from start to finish. I can't remember seeing Chelsea so outmuscled in every department. Although, when I saw the midfield of Zhirkov, Mikel and Ramires, I knew that it had weaknesses. Sunderland exploited that.
  16. Hahahahahahahahahhha. Oh man, I cried at this. I remember seeing Borat in the cinema, and the audience then was something that I had never experienced before. Never seen so much laughter in the cinema. Quite incredible really. Although, there was this one dude behind me who "explained" why everything was funny. So, when Borat is talking about the Running of the Jew (haha, same initials are Return of the Jedi), the dude said "hehehe, he's taking the piss out of the jews." O RLY? I hadn't noticed. Throughout the whole film he did it. I wanted to rip him a new arse-face.
  17. I love his Batman films. Particularly Returns. Perfect. Keaton really nailed Batman, the look, the suit, the charisma. Love that film. I fucking hated Planet of the Apes, though. The ending was quite cool, but the film itself is a bucket of sick.
  18. You suck balls. Big hairy Rez-faced balls. With extra hair on top of the hair that was already there. Hairy Ball sucker.

  19. TAG!

You are eet. No tags backthnxlol!

  20. What is this shit? Is this the game I started a while back and thought you stopped playing or is this a new game?

  21. It tends to differ for me. Sometimes I'll feel it straight away when I wake up, or sometimes I'll feel it in the middle or towards the end of the day. Tonight was quite busy, but luckily nobody in the gym seemed to give a shiatsu about leg stuff. So I had free reign of pretty much all the equipment and stuff I needed. Winaaa.
  22. It's in my post further up on this page, you silly sausage. It's this one.
  23. So, I picked up that Hurricane Evo stuff. I have to say that it tastes of absolute awesome. Yummy as hell, and it smells so good to. I got the vanilla version. I went tonight to do some leg work for the first time in a while. Bracing myself for the inevitable "shit, I can't walk for the rest of my life" pain that will be coming tomorrow.
  24. Awesome. You are a brave man. Was it your first time?
  25. My class did an assembly infront of the rest of the school about bonfire night. They're only 7, but they spoke so loudly and clearly. I was so proud. We went back to the class and played some board games as a reward. Also, it was somebody's birthday, so cake was had by all. Homemade birthday cake. Fuck yeeeah.
