I've been finding it difficult to wake up in the mornings to go to the gym before work. So, for the last two days, I've been going after work. Luckily, I make it there before it gets uber busy. Couldn't get on the squat rack though as some shit was using the bars for upright rows. Was one of those FUUUUu moments. So, did my leg workout and put more energy into everything else to make up for lack of squats. Leg pressed 200kg which made my legs feel like jelly afterwards. The wobbly kind. Did calves stuff, too. Felt like they were on fire.

I'm a bit late to the party Richter, but bleeh. Squatting really takes all of the energy out of me. Pain seems like a good word to describe it, because it feels like you're lifting the entire world with your legs. I'm fucked afterwards, but then that's how I know I'm taking it seriously. If I find I'm breezing through the exercises without any effort, then that shows I'm not doing it right. I go there to push myself.

Went today for the first time in days. I've been feeling very drained and tired from work, so haven't been working out. Also, bed is nice and warm in the mornings, so its hard to get out of there. Deadlifted 110kg again, as I was a bit worried that last week was a fluke. Was shattered after the workout. The plan is to take Ine there tomorrow and sign her up, aha.

Ine is here now and has been here for a week. Things are going well, I would say. It was nice having her parents here, they helped out with lots of stuff and got us started. She's currently sat at her desk doing work. Yup, she's pretty much taken over the place.

Must've been a great game for the neutral. But, I thought we were terrible tonight. Passing was bad, we didn't defend as a unit and we didn't create enough. So many players were off their game. Bilbao did really well. They deserve to win that.
