  1. hahaha - how utterly predictable
  2. FM09 is the #2 game of all time... dear oh dear... can't wait to see what's number one.... Going off the list so far, I'm guessing CoD4...
  3. Game 10's Kurushi, I think...
  4. Thanks! A quick look round eBay shows that there's loads of adaptors for both NES and SNES consoles, which also leads me to believe it's totally safe.
  5. I've bought myself a NES with 3 games (Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt, Super Off Road), I got given a SNES (albeit without any cables, but I can acquire those easily) and have bought Starwing and Out To Lunch (loved it on the Amiga) for it and I've been really tempted to dust off my N64 that I bought for £20 a good few years ago and have hardly played. I only have Super Mario 64 and Goldeneye! So, apart from Mario and Zelda games, I'm wondering what other games I should buy for these consoles?
  6. And do they both still work?
  7. Ok thanks guys. I'll check the voltages when I get my NES. Whenever that may be.
  8. I don't know if this is deserving of its own thread, but I was given a SNES a couple of weeks ago without a power cable, so I'm having to hunt one down myself. I was just wondering, does the NES power cable fit in the SNES? I'm after a NES too and it would save me buying a separate power cable if it does work! Thanks!
  9. Double tap the shift key! You might have to enable it in the keyboard settings first though.
  10. Look at the video again. It's actually an old, crappy and broken Samsung laptop.
  11. A video of a couple of my friends smashing their brand new MacBook Pro.
  12. 3. Vib Ribbon
  13. I know it's not particularly adventurous, but ready salted Hula Hoops with mayo crushed between white bread? Yes please!
  14. Could you not get a USB DSi charger off eBay? Thinking of getting one myself as they're pretty handy.
  15. I got my black DSi after trading in my DS Lite and some old games at Game for £4.50. And I love it! I didn't think it'd feel like a big leap from the DS Lite, but the potential with DSiWare is just really cool. Here's hoping for some original titles and a handheld Virtual Console! Oh, and my girlfriend likes the camera channel. :P My only gripe is that, while I really really like the matte finish, it shows up scratches quite easily. Only the kind of scratches that can be wiped off, but still... I prefer it to the glossy!
  16. Waayyyy! £4.50 after trading in a DS Lite and a few games I can't be bothered with anymore at Game. £10 at FOPP.
  17. Superb stuff!! : peace: I bought trainers! And also found out that it's really hard to get a good pair of non-chavvy trainers in a size 12: £60
  18. Radiohead - Pablo Honey/The Bends/Ok Computer Deluxe 2CD/DVD thingys: Altogether about £45 (ouch) Book about New York for holiday in May: £15
  19. The new Super Furry Animals album is awwwwwwwweeeeeeesooooooommmmmmmeeeeee!!!!! EDIT: No, wait, it's fan-fucking-tastic! I'm on my 3rd listen now. "The Very Best Of Neil Diamond" is shockingly good. Then it's followed by the incredibly happy, poppy, feel-good "Helium Hearts" I'm really happy at the moment!
  20. Continuing the CEX cheapness/Gamecube revival: £6 £4
  21. After discovering the joys of CEX: £10 £6 (I actually enjoyed it back in't day!) £5
  22. I've been keeping track of all the bands I've seen live in a word document: Linky It's pretty big!
  23. What's wrong with a good old joypad?
  24. The bassline at the end of DVNO by Justice makes me juice!
