  1. Am I the only one who thought Zelda Williams bringing a Majora's Mask with her was on instruction from Nintendo? How many teases!!!!
  2. Cringe. Or not, just regular character art
  3. Does anyone remember the static camera in the side streets of Castle Town Market in OOT? I have this sudden concern that maybe the whole game is like that. Stationary camera angles that instantly cut between scenes as Link approaches various points, rather than a free-roaming one. Just a thought, not sure why it entered my mind, it just seems like a lot of work to populate that overworld from every angle.
  4. From someone who's only played Triple Deluxe, I take it this Kirby controls differently, ie, no sucking up powers?
  5. Fantastic work Nintendo, going all out this E3. I wouldn't be surprised to see MS and Sony copy the Treehouse demos for their own shows next year.
  6. Sorry, just winds me up. I'll stop now
  7. The IGN post-show with the up himself director was PAINFUL to watch.
  8. Looks really great fun. Lovely visually too. + a great big F U to all the generic, identical war shooters that account for so much of gaming these days. Trust Nintendo to show something a bit different and innovative.
  9. I really don't know what you mean. It seems to me that Nintendo are going all out this E3 in a way they haven't done for years. We're being bombarded with streams and loads of content throughout the show. + Reggie said they're going to reveal new things throughout the three days.
  10. Beeeautiful! This is looking fantastic in the Treehouse Live streams. The dragon level looks great
  11. Live Treehouse stream just started. Thank gawd they aren't being hosted by those two from Nintendo Minute. I'm sure they're nice but not great to watch.
  12. I thought it was a great presentation. Kept me awake unlike the tediousness of Sony and Microsoft showing almost nothing bar shooters and kill-fests. Love the new format too, really impressed. Just wish we could have had a new big title for this year and more of Zelda U would have been nice.
  13. Is it bad that I can't wait to see @Wii rage about this art-style (and his hilariously clever "Captain Turd" pun)
  14. I wonder if this will be a fully-fledged retail game or a smaller £15 eShop title. Hopefully the former.
  15. The beautiful landscape screenshot basically summed up an aspect that made the original LOZ so exciting: exploration. So exciting to have Zelda on a console that can provide such a huge open world like that. The animation looked so fluid I wonder if we'll get it in 60fps. It's going to be a long wait!
  16. This looks absolutely FANTASTIC. I was really hoping they'd make a standalone game given how popular the Captain Toad levels were in SM3DW. Looks beautiful and loads of fun, can't wait!
  17. It really does look stunning and so much more character and charm than the Wii U tech demo. The only thing I'm not sure about is the futuristic aspect of it, but I suppose it's something a bit different.
  18. Bit disappointed that's all they had to show... but my god, looks spectacular!
  19. Nearly fell asleep during the Microsoft and (especially) Sony conferences. But that could have something to do with 90% of their games looking and playing identical. Can't wait for some much needed Nintendo magic in just under three hours... (Sunset Overdrive looks cool though)
  20. They have plenty of other broadcasts to talk about the games in depth so this should be similar to last year where it's just trailer after trailer with hardly any chat in between.
  21. I loved the IGN crew going crazy over a 2 minute "trailer" of some guy waking up and walking off into the distance. Uncharted 4 scheduled for release in 2015. If Nintendo released a trailer that showed pretty much nothing they would get slaughtered, let alone wanked over. After seeing the four conferences of yesterday I can't wait to see games with a bit of colour and imagination this afternoon. Not the same old gritty shooters where you go around killing people, which seems to have accounted for about 90% of what was shown yesterday. Sad how this is what AAA modern gaming is about these days.
  22. If I see another FPS/gritty war shooter where you go around killing people zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. All these big AAA games look the same! Thank god for Nintendo.
