In single player it’s controlled exactly like in the Animal Crossing game in Nintendoland. In coop it’s more akin to Overcooked I think.

Yeah, nice game! I only played it in single player mode though which is just as confusing as Playing the guards in the Nintendo Land Animal Crossing game. Can’t wait to play it in coop

I’ve appreciated the ‘in the middle’ opinions on Joker, as they make me think more about how good I found the film and why. I’m keen to read a more in-depth review from (some of the) people who ‘hated’ it though. @Sméagol I’m looking at you because I normally agree with you. But a simple ‘shit movie‘ is not enough for me As of what I liked about it:

That’s been standard practice at least since the Wii U. It’s only with Special/Limited Editions though (and when importing from Germany). I guess all limited editions for PAL territories are manufactured/boxed in Germany?

I just build the airplane stick and the pedal form the vehicle kit . Our oldest son wanted to fly the plain and he had a lot of fun doing so. Next up is the steering wheel. I had already build the robot suit some months ago which he also likes. I really like the building aspect myself so it’s a really nice father and son activity this way. But yes, the ‘game’ aspect’ of these sets is very limited and shallow and the high asking price is indeed too steep for what you’re getting.

Weird that they went with DxM instead of the lots more popular Astral Chain...

A lot of second hand Wii U, 3DS, Wii and DS games to fill the gap in my “Nintendo published first party games released in PAL territories” collection. I try to get them below €10,- which sometimes makes for a nice challenge. I wanted to focus on Wii U and 3DS first, but it’s tempting to go for DS and Wii at the same time. Xenoblade X, Pokken, Bayonetta 1, BOTW, Mario & Sonic Sochi Winter Olympics and Tokyo Mirage Sessions are the last Wii U games I need to finish that part of my collection. 3DS is a little longer but getting there slowly!

I totally expect there’s reasoning behind it, I just can’t think of one that makes sense. Would be interesting to get answers to questions like this through the investors meetings or from game journalists but that rarely happens

You think they’d fear their old games eating away the potential profit they’d make from selling newer games? Better that than third parties doing it. Or even worse their fans taking the illegal route with ROMS and hacks etc. Or choosing to spend their money on other platforms. I really think a lot of games from the N64, GC and Wii era would still sell incredibly well when released on Switch. And if we’re purely talking about the NSO service, just introduce hybrid subscriptions or tier subscriptions. It doesn’t make any sense at all to me...

With the Switch not being backwards compatible and the 3DS being discontinued soon, it’s crazy that Nintendo offers no way to pay for and play a huge part of their rich catalogue. What could be the reason for this extreme slow drip feeding strategy?

And of course they’re all level 99, aren’t they?
