  1. As much as I agree that Neutrals are a threat to the townies, I think we should get back onto the mafia.
  2. Just read through about 5 pages and I totally don't buy this whole Maase thing. Even if he is just neutral he is massively detracting from our aim of lynching mafia, though I hold he leading us all around like fools. More than anything I want to know who the bloody hell he is (don't buy the agatha christie thing). Vote:Maase
  3. Yeah it sounds now like he is just trying to get us not to lynch him.
  4. Alright right now i'm too scared to go after Maase. Do we have any other leads. What is people's opinion on Jayseven?
  5. Alright this notebook thing is scaring me. I'm thinking it could be similar to the character that killed all who targeted him in one of the previous games. Maase, I want to hear everything you know, and everything you've done with this notebook.
  6. Okay that sounds horrifying. I'm thinking we lynch now (sorry Masse) since we should probably stop whatever the hell this is.
  7. Rokhed, what we want to know is whether or not lynching jayseven is an option. Can you make a judgement on that?
  8. Don't get me wrong, if the vote is going that way i'll join, I agree on the uselessness of the no vote thing, but obviously those who switched their votes back don't, so I think it would be wise if we kept an eye on those people specifically. Also Masse doesn't seem deadly, whilst Rokhed and Jayseven remain mysterious.
  9. Does it seem weird to anyone else that a lot of people are actively trying to lynch a neutral, and then a no lynch? It just seems that those are two things that would work in the mafia's favour.
  10. Firstly Oxigen, this is kind of a stupid discussion, because in reality no one art can possibly be declared better than another. The ability of the fighter depends primarily on his master and the student himself. However I will make a few notes. Firstly, even though it's nice to watch Muay Thai, it has its flaws, two main ones. Firstly it sacrifices balance in order to gain power in many of its moves, and being knocked of balance in a fight is something that can lose you that fight. Attaining power from a kick whilst maintaing balance is one thing I may add Tae-kwon-do achieves very well. Secondly Muay Thai lacks diversity in its combat forms. This is okay if you're fighting some guy in the street, but bad if you are fighting another martial artist. Also in my opinion, for the kind of fighting Muay Thai is, I think Burmese boxing is better. However as stated, no one art is really better than another.
  11. I've had this for a couple of weeks now, love it. My first katamari game as well, and possibly my favourite game on the 360. I just worship the music.
  12. I've had a few scuffles in my time, but never anything where i've really wanted to hurt the guy. I'm not one to start fights, and if you see me i'm not exactly one you start with either. It's weird actually, for someone who spends as much time with the martial arts as I do you'd think I'd have some vendetta or something.
  13. That episode of Bleach was F**KING AWESOME.
  14. I want the ability to have it or not have it. We haven't got the choice.
  15. With Jordan, how would it work?
  16. Honestly I though double dash was very poor. I thought they tried to make a game that looked different enough so hardcores would want another version and simplified enough (giving some the opportunity to just through items) that casuals could play. However the outcome was the the differences didn't balance the fact that it compromised some key mechanics (i.e. speed and control; it was all a bit heavy and basic). Furthermore you don't have to simplify mario kart, is A to go forward and that's it. However the DS version was brilliant, greatly so. You see you gave me four options there, the first reeked gimik, sceond one told me the mechanics were being simplified (not a snaker, but why not the option?), third one is long overdue with individual friend codes (i'm still bitter about the loss of the universal code), and the final one I like. Very much so in fact, loved it in the DS version, but not enough. Then you have these tricks. I mean, what the hell does Mario Kart need with tricks? It doesn't. Gimic. It all just seems a bit cheap. And I repeat the fact that I don't care about the graphics. You want to know my ideal Mario Kart game? (crowd: yeah we'd love to Ryan!") that's what i thought. Maybe 20 characters, 40-50 tracks, some retro. A level editor (where the fuck is this?), same option as Smash Bros where you get a new level every day. The ability to jump. A slider that increases/decreases the influences of items. Co-op in grand pre. Team races, team battles all online. Multiple Kart/character combinations. Voice chat. That ability to disable snaking online. Finally, speed. Some ideas.
  17. Considering these games make up about 25% of my social life, i'm in. Suggestion: Why not just make it general animation, from east and west? That way you can appease those who are not up with the Japanamation.
  18. This isn't over.
  19. Honestly I don't know what's going on over at Nintendo HQ because I see nothing on the horizon. There has got to be some big stuff under the covers.
  20. I really don't give a crap about this game. And it's not the graphics, honestly i wouldn't care if it looked like the 64 iteration, it's just it seems to be some shovelware racer as opposed to Mario Kart. To me it looks like it lacks those core driving mechanics that made DS, 64 and the original great, and instead it's some one time play, but at least your five year old can pick it up.
  21. LazyBoy

    Love

Yeah it's pretty and all, but how does it actually, you know, play? I find more and more these days you're given a pretty screen or some concept, and people are impressed without actually knowing what make it a game.
  22. Just finished To Kill A Mockingbird. What a beautiful little book, filled with charm and character, Lee gives you an amazing atmosphere to work with and a story filled with depth presented through an ingenious narrative. Loved it.
  23. I tried to give blood couple days after I turned 17 but found out i'm not allowed to due to, well I was very sick at one point. Can't donate organs as well, that annoyed me.
