  1. I know right. That's why a piece of me was missing in the battle mode on MK: DD as it didn't quite have it. It sort of made up for it though with that Shine Thief game Was quite fun it was.
  2. Yeah I loved the battles. There's something about Block Plaza that's just so amazing. Which is why on MK Wii it drives me crazy when everybody goes for battle courses like that Cookie Crumble, which is ridiculously small (especially for 12 players). Lol I can't complain though because after, I'm proud with all the different variety of stages that I'd have played
  3. The ring leader appears Lol Yes along with that plant, I'd love for the shy ShyGuy guy to be playable.
  4. Oh god, you must've been on a whole new level of epic! I know right, smashing into everybody and making them go off course. Lol that was fun stuff
  5. Well you have two types of players; 'pros' and 'those who can not be named'. To 'pros', snaking isn't an extra task... It's just simply our way of pressing 'A' In any case, I'm not saying that I wish for snaking to be in MARIOKART 3DS. I'm just saying I'd like to see it again It probably wouldn't fit well in the 3DS version anyway? And it is indeed about the fun, which I'm sure the 3DS version will be!
  6. Yes, and when Double Dash came out I realised how improved the gameplay became. But, for pros, it (snaking) wasn't just for the sake of "something to do", it was for skillfully dodging items and achieving faster laps/races : peace: Mind you, I'm sure they could've made it work in Mario Kart Wii by allowing you to snake after the little hop, which would enable karters to keep up with bikers. Although bikers still are at a slight advantage; only having to do an 'up yours' motion with the wii mote in order to do wheelies, while karters have to be drifting insanely for the snakes
  7. Ever since snaking was invented (Double Dash?) I then realised how boring it was by simply driving straight and twiddling your thumbs until the next turn and repeating throughout the whole race Dashing, or Snaking, was much more fun because 'driving skills' really do highlight. What I mean by this is you then get slow and fast snakers. Snakers who can dodge items (Red or Blue shells) etc. The race is more intense rather than a slow cruise through Daisy Circuit admiring all the cute scenary  As for the items... MORE PLEASHE!!! Special items which, again, I believe first appeared in DOUBLE DASH, would be a special suprise from a present box Seeing Mario & Luigi's red & green flame balls, Bowser's Bowser Shell etc... OMG!!! Even the Boo Card where you thief a participant prezzie
  8. Mario Kart 64 & Mario Kart Double Dash stands out to me. What I dream to happen one day is for SNAKING to return. It brings a whole new level of skill into the mix with the dodging of the red - and if you're awesome enough - blue shells It'd be so sweet if NINTENDO allowed the possibility for "casuals" to ask themselves "How do they (Pros) do that snake motion with their karts?", practise it and then progress - rather then forcing everybody to stick within the noobish boundaries. I know everybody hates the infamous Blue Shell but I happen to like it - along with every other item in the game. However, it would be more logical to make it be used like how it was in, I think, Mario Kart 64; Where when the David Dakota's ( ) fire it, it hits everybody it passes up to the Dynamo's/Fused King's/Lostmario's That way, it actually allows the user to catch up and benefit from his/her work rather than helping 4th-6th rankers to overtake the guys in 1st-3rd who got caught in the blue explosion. Not sure how the Snaking would work though. I do like the classic 'hop', so could they do a hop into the snake? And ofcourse, better course designs (I thought it was only me). MK Wii is bags o' fun but I believe the courses could've been heaps greater. I don't know, sometimes I feel like NINTENDO is losing it's... NINTENDO'ness
  9. Totally had me fantasizing; being on a cruise ship with all my Legend of Zelda games
  10. Yeah I'll try homey but not positive as I'm on night shifts :weep:

Yo that Donkey Kong song had me aping out lol.

And a suprr 1-up to ya for that shout-out in the N-europe anniversary news  (I'm adventurous, I shall make it a goal to increase the chances of our collision by visiting your home land  )

Doesn't the Mario songs come in like sort of anthem'ish?.. lol so funky, jazzy & cool!!!! :bouncy: Totally woke me up.

Oh, and 3DS looks SUGOiiiiiii and KAWAiiiiiii :D

  11. Dudes, I'm tired as hell, but that DK song had me up juggling my shoulders simultaneously with my monkey-maker
  12. Ohhhh yeaaahhhh, I remember YOU! :D As soon as I was about to get familiar with you, you disappeared  (Or I did lol).

If I'm not mistaken you were one of the 'ones to beat' on MKwii. Mate, it'd be a honour and a sincere priviledge to have you participate in my casual league

If you're up for the fun then just sign-up in the MarioKart League thread and join my race on Sunday at 8:30pm : peace:

    We have eachothers FC, no?

  13. Where were you & lindsey tonight mate? :weep: You would've brought us up to 9 players! Three or four left around half way through any way, one being a mate of mine who joined accidently :P

  14. I've added yo mate :D

If you are done-in from work then just take part next week ok : peace:

  15. Yeah that's tight bro. I can't wait to join a clan again (perhaps yours or an N-E one :bouncy: )

Last clan (organisation, featuring clan :D ) was on the 360 and we arguably raped in clan wars on CoD, Rainbow 6 Las Vegas, and general fighters (StreetFighter, Naruto, Tekken, SoulCaliber etc). We used to do loads of pink-slip races on Juiced 2 too

I swear, Nintendo needs to transform their online in order for it to be 'clan-friendly' lol.

  16. Welshy :D

Surely you're up for MKwii 8:30 this eve?

... If so, simply sign-up in the MK League thread and attend at the afore-mentioned time : peace:

Pick any vehicles and any courses WITHIN the 'Star' cup. We'll then do a balloon battle :D Then the Flower cup (pick any level within this cup).

I trust you to not select a stage that has been raced

Hope to see ya mate, it's been a while :yay:

  17. Ahhh never mind. Hopefully if you join next year then that'd be when lostmazzy begins the 'real league', so perhaps you could join that

Also, I hope your wireless/wired connection becomes up N runnin' for the awesomes that are Conduit 2, Black Ops and GoldenEye :D

  18. Sweet as, dude. : peace:

I'll get you added now and I think I'll do the same actually (regarding being online at 8:15 so it registers you  )

  19. Hi Gov' :D

You used to play MK wii right?... If I'm not mistaken, you used to always unfortunately get disconnected during gameplay?

Why don't you join the rebirth of the League by simply signing-up in the MarioKart League thread and joining the epic race and ballon battle at 8:30pm this evening? :yay:

  20. WazzuuUP! :D

    My MK Wii FC: 0473-7917-3937

Send me a visitor message of yours ASAP ok mate

Oh, and get that Shadow to freakin' join :bouncy:

  21. I'm just sad because my WiiSpeak peripheral was/is/will-be as pointless as garbage, although I have 'LOL' memories of using the device. Good... and bad, memories. In any case, I'm not entirely sure whether or not to grab the headset (although it is a desire of mine to obtain one). I mean, will devs release their own unique headset that works only for their own game? Also, I'm wondering if I should get the Motion+ for increased accuracy for balls & head shots Besides, at least when that awesome Skywary Sword releases I'd already have a M+.... Or would I get more of a bargain with a bundle, y'reckon? Wait, which one launches first??? *Goes to ask Google*
  22. Yeah I see what you mean. But speaking on my behalf, GE just really isn't capturing me (not as much as Conduit 1 or 2 anyway). And Black Ops is stunning on the 360 (prolly the ps3, too) and the Wii version seems to struggle quite a bit to keep up. Though the uniques controls is a plus! Conduit 2 simply is an exclusive, sexy sequel that I think deserves the little attention that I have to offer. I don't have much time to even give attention to too much gaming
  23. Kondweet 1 or 2? I agree if you're talking about '1'. Not sure if I agree yet if you're talking The Conduit 2... or is it just Conduit 2?
  24. Sheesh! I've only been inactive for the 3 or 4 weeks because been a tad busy. Also combined with the simple fact that there's been no awesome.... activity, goin' down lately.

But this RAce o' Ze 'Cent Your Wii' (gift our wii's with $$cents$$), I'm ruddy well in!!! ('Centurii' i know  )

EDIT - I just realised lostmario'll be 'trying to bring it back' after xmas  And I didn't know you meant "Kiss it Goodbye" like there're Snakes on A MUTHA FUCKIN Plane

Mario Kart 3Ds? Graphics are a bit lower, 3d is epic and improved online (i'm guessing). But I'll miss the WiiMote play style :(

  25. Well said Well said CoD: BO and GE looks & sounds super impressive, especially the former. But 'Da Kondweet' is my exclusive, intrusive and illusive love!
