It was on last night on Sky anyway. What an episode, I cant wait to find out what happens next. Its not like Lost has any problem stringing me along anyway, but The Brig was really really good. Anyway, I'll be off to avoid any spoilers once again. : peace:

Yeah, Farscapes what sprang to mind for me. It got a very abrupt ending! But atleast they eventually did an epic two parter to finish it all off in the end. Farscape had plenty of great ideas and whatnot going on in it, I couldnt believe they just pulled the plug on it. I thought that Firefly thing was pretty well received? Its always sad to see a program go, even when it does get its proper non-axed ending.

Yeah Dark Skies was pretty decent stuff. I remember it was tapped into the X-Files hype of them days. Dark Skies are upon us, but I dunno if I'd be bothered with it on DVD. Speaking of shows that got axed - did anyone watch and like Farscape?

Haha, flameboy, I was about to ask if we know when it might be out! I'm hoping we'll see it in Europe this side of Chrimbo. Good looking boxart... though somewhat white.

Yoshi's Story was good like, if not great. I dont have it but I have played it plenty and its full of Lylat Wars-esque replayability. All the different routes through it and having to track down and unlock the black and white Yoshi's. And a really cute and cool story book style to top it all off, as if the Yoshi charm wasnt enough! As for Yoshi's Island on the Snes, probably the greatest 2D platformer there is. The DS one is a classy game, but lacks in the music department, or something. I cant quite decide where its major downfall is actually, but its definitely a shade behind the original, overall.

Super Mario Galaxy looks like its some spin off of Smash Bros then? Ha, yeah it could be anything I suppose (and I'm not a Matt hater like). A Soul Caliber game would be good but one of them anime fighters getting an adventure/RPG seems a bit more likely at the mo for me.

They should chuck us some Kingdom Hearts love on the DS, if not the Wii. Chain of Memories is a most solid little game.

Yeah would you believe it. Young Greg knows his gaming stuff rightly, though Im yet to get a bit of Wii gaming with him - he'd likely hammer me. We do play footy together - Liverpool supporters unite, haha! The buttons is the authority on Pokemon and is not to be messed with.

Jeepers yeah, I figured there'd be some changes but there are far more than I would ever have expected. Ah well, its not a must win game for us the way Tuesday night will be so its very understandable. Still, it'd be nice to see a stylish Liverpool win as preparation for the Champions League.

I noticed this on here earlier and didnt pay much heed to it actually - taking the DS and Wii's success for granted like. And its the typical type of thread that pops up around here anyway, being a Nintendo forum. Then on my way home there, the news came on the radio... and this was one of the articles! I think it was Radio 2. The doll was like profits are up at Nintendo and I said 77% to my girl and the radio woman went on to say "around 80%." I reiterated that it was actually 77%. And Tellyn!'s got a point, I'm looking a job and I'll translate.

Haha, yeah gmac, I'm just the same! You start the game with great ambition, and a fairly decent kitty to get you started... and you go overboard zoning as much as you can and watching the place grow like nothing you've seen before! ...only to be broke for years to come and unable to adapt to the needs of the people. Like an expensive airport or sea port. Argh, patience is of the essence.

I like looking at Freshy's pics of his city. I've not played Sim City 4 (twoulda killed my old PC) but I reckon I might get it in a month or two, I'm a big fan of the games like. I have the Millenium Edition or something, and before that in my boyhood I liked Sim City on the Snes... though I was wick at it without the money cheat lol. Ive been playing it on the VC lately and its such a great little game. :p

Tell you what, if DKC II and III arent added to the VC this weekend I'm not gonna be a happy bunny at all.
