  1. Beautiful. This game's looking just beautiful. Its WiiWare, right?
  2. Its that time of the month again- yes, its time for Capcom to give us Wii owners a swift kick in the bollocks. Its been two years since Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition became a million seller, clearly showing Wii owners do love adult themed games. Since then we've sang from the rooftops "give us more", "great engine, port us 5" being typical examples. Capcom have heard us sing. Leon S Kennedy stars in an 'over-the-shoulder' game based off the recent GC film Resident Evil: Degeneration- for iPhone. Nice work, shit sticks.
  3. I'm not sure the waste of time, resources and effort- and most of all the loss of jobs- is something to be thankful for.
  4. I've not drawn a penis since school.
  5. What is the status of Sadness?
  6. tap boxes?
  7. try sneakily posting on the NE forums without anyone seeing. Then try posting on the NE forums and providing links. All of this on an N95.
  8. 600points? Probably half a penny! Eurogamer have hands-on impressions - and are positive without the need of crazy level hype.
  9. My excitement is negligable.
  10. You're thinking of doing what? Just call the service centre tomorrow.
  11. Do the LED's flash just once when you press any button? If so, I've had this problem before, i'd just leave them and, by magic, they'd be fine. Interestingly, since earlier firmware updates the problem's been resolved.
  12. I'd like to think this is what we'll see. However, with M+ launching- sorry bundled with- WiiSports Resort, I suspect Nintendo have other plans. Admittedly, with E3 just round the corner, Nintendo could have plenty of core titles utilising M+ and prove me wrong, but i'm doubting it- they've such a lucrative market sewn up.
  13. FierceLink raises a good point. Without trying to stereotype his flatmate, there are likely millions of Wii owners who don't think of buying 'proper' software- they go in store, see piles of shovelware and buy it. They're not only casual gamers- they're casual buyers too. They won't research titles, read reviews, look at what just out, just see it and buy it. Out of all three manufacturers, Nintendo desperately needs to get more videos and demos on people's screens- the Nintendo channel is a step in the right direction, but insanely underused. And those consoles offline have nothing. The Nintendo channel should be pushing 'marketing messages' to Wii Message Board (it already asks users for their permission for christs sake)- "out this week" kind of thing with a direct link to the Nintendo channel. A game should only be on there if a video is available, create a decent write up, review quotes, include screenies. The Nintendo channel could also have links to select online retailers (would more than pay for itself with the referral fees some retailers pay). For offline consoles, videos on disk- or a slimline Nintendo channel that streams video from the disks (lets face it, there's plenty of room on disk with most of todays shovelware) or even small demos too. Nintendo are third parties need to be more proactive in selling games.
  14. Quite the opposite, i didn't like Umbrella Chronicles. It just seemed flat, uneventful in a way. I spent most of my time wishing the game was more cannon- thats probably me being anal though.
  15. Is the best compliment we can award really 'i don't hate it'? I do. I hate vests. And i despise string vests.
  16. In my experience, if its a big game you'll get it early. A smaller release usually arrives later.
  17. You may find Maestro cards will work overseas too. Don't have one so can't say for sure, but its a possibility. Try registering the card on Play (they'll take a small payment to 'pre-authorise' your card- a security check in other words. Its £1 for UK customers- i'm guessing its 1 for you. This is returned a few days later. If it goes through your card should be fine for future purchases- make sure your all details are spot on when registering). Your bank should also be able to tell you if you can use your card overseas- since we're supposed to be one economic union, you'd assume it'd be fine. ***EDIT*** The Maestro european website states you can use your card in 'over one hundred countries'. Hopefully, the UK is one of them.
  18. I think you'll struggle to find one- i don't know of any stores that would. Bank transfer is really expensive to administer- having an accounts girl marrying up payments with orders. What about Paypal? Some sites- Gameseek i think- do accept it. Do you have a Visa debit card. I'm sure you can use those overseas- not just credit cards.
  19. i've not the foggiest what a bank transcript is.
  20. When is the second part of the interview up? Without giving too much away does the interview confirm the future of Sadness?
  21. I think you be right. Not because i dislike any part of what i've heard about the game so far- I'd actually love Sadness to be made- but there's just nothing to show for it, just feels like someones taking the piss.
  22. No, i'm creating LostMario's downfall. His excellence at Mario Kart did not prepare him for my skillage at Tetris, and neither shall it prepare him for death by Alien Weaponry. He's lost without his classic controller. All this new fangled motion control, with a "pointer" will confuse him. Poor lad.
  23. Heresy. Burn him!
