Good. I have had my fill of turn based games over the past few years, Chronotrigger, Advance Wars, Fire Emblem... So i'm happy.

I'd be happy with a new Doshin, actually. The first was interesting, but didn't hit its potential. Doubt its Doshin though. I may be reading too much into Marios hand - we usually see it fisted, never seen him hold up 5 fingers... Could we see a fifth installment of something?

Dazzy, its a shame you don't die so easily in The Conduit. Personally, i've a couple of weeks to play through a few golden oldies - I had a Boy and His Blob for Christmas, i'm playing through that at the moment. I also have Deadly Creatures to get through. I want to get both completed before Fragile Dreams. All good fun. The first half of this year really has scuppered my plans to get a PS3.

You should be able to find it in a variety of placed - its only the US where its been discontinued.
-
Why did you go and suggest that? Thats appalling VO work... Please Nintendo, get that seen to immediately.

Spooky. You wrote that before Shattered Memories was officially announced. Anywho, the petition is still growing, with 19,360 signatures.

I didn't see it. Why?
-
Not in todays knackered financial world, boyo.

Well, just completed it. Wont give any details about the ending away, but wow. Excellent work, Climax - I have really enjoyed this throughout; in my opinion the best third party title on Wii . Come on boys - get it while you can!

Its up on the Nintendo channel too. Hopefully Nintendo ramp up the hype with regular videos on the channel. Its interesting, I liked it.

One of the common complaints about Mario Kart Wii is the issue of cheats and hacked players - according to the UKs Nintendo Service Centre, Nintendo are on the case - it doesn't explain how they do it, but they seem to have a way of issuing bans. So there we have it.

I dont think the solution is for a HD Wii (although, yeah, it'd be nice). The problem lies solely with third party publishers, not the Wii hardware. They've spent three years dicking about with party games; souring the taste of their products for the Wii audience. Now, take both Call of Duties, they sold pretty well after being scaled back for Wii - I see no reason why Bioshock, Dead Space et al wouldn't do as well on Wii. But they never appeared, Why? Well, it seems to me that publishers themselves have been trying to seperate whats acceptable on Wii and whats acceptable on the HD beasts - maybe to ensure we judge a game on its SD Wii visuals? The simple fact is that few HD games, if any, could not be scaled back.

Heavy Rain is not just a well marketed product - its an exceptional one too, lets not forget that. Incidently, while the hype helps, I dare say that the casual audience* of PS3 (assuming they can get their PS3s working this week) will buy into the game, but be dispointed by it. Now, I'm a huge, self confessed Nintendo fanboy, but you can't escape the fact that developers fail to put ambitious product onto Wii; its been a cashcow for 3 years (and now that cow has come back and bit them in the ass). When publishers do put some quality product on the machine, its dumped on the market and left to rot (Konami, I'm looking your way). Truly, I can't see that there is anything on Wii thats comparable to Heavy Rain; nothing thats telling such a strong story, in such a creative, imaginative way. But arguably, this type of game (from what i've seen) could work brilliantly Wii; skip the HD visuals and it'd work a treat.

Not at all. I'm pretty sure its The Moon but altimately nothing more than a nod to Majoras Mask, nothing more.
-
But Termina was an alternate dimension, right? So whats to say in Links own dimension, the Moon hit? There. Beat that.

Have I died and gone to heaven? So, out of interest, how would I add a real-world friend - hope i see them in the lobby?
-
Err. No. Is something playing on your mind, Ashley? All these trips to Japan..? Are you trying to tell us something, perhaps?

Games days as a high street retailer are numbered in my opinion. Supermarkets offer cheaper prices, midnight releases due to 24 hour opening, better rward schemes, and nowadays most staff in Game have as much product knowledge as supermarket staff anyway.

I'll be entering my code in due course... some time about April 23rd.

And the fact they...

Absolutely enhances the gameplay - because its done so well you don't really notice the lack of it.

I think they're online store charge for delivery, but they would deliver (probably cost more than the train fare too).

Wow. This is excellent. Spent a good four hours on it yesterday, the chases are terrifying - a work of genius in fact; honestly, running through a corridor, knocking over lockers with penis monsters chasing you, unrelenting (and pretty darn fast too) is horrifying. This is, in my opinion, as good as Resident Evil 4 - its certainly scarier (my one compaint about RE4), just as playable, brilliantly creative and quite unsettling in places. Its quite honestly be best survival horror since Eternal Darkness. Climax - get back to work with Silent Hill 2.

Tesco ALWAYS do that. Remember the story of dirt cheap 360s - which they took payment for and refused to send out due to their mistake? Wonder what happened about that?
