I'm not recommending anything because my recommendations just get ridiculed and shot down. You people go play whatever you want. -

I'm happy with Night in the Woods and Secret Agent Clank. -
And trophies. In fact, just scrap the other two.

Found these.

Yeah, although it's more of a platformer than a Pikmin clone. It's about 8-10 hours long if going for everything, otherwise you can finish it in about 5-6 hours. Not that I know of. I've been doing the same and would also like to know how many are in each set.

I see Tinykin is currently a little over a fiver on the eShop. It's the lowest price it has ever been. Well worth picking up, @darksnowman.

Another Code Recollection (19th January 2024)
Hero-of-Time replied to Julius's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I've been playing the sequel. It hasn't grabbed me as much as the first game. I kinda miss the intimacy of the mansion. Exploring the lake resort doesn't have that same feeling. Everything seems a little too spaced out and the narrative isn't as focused as it was in the original. Still, it's been enjoyable enough. It took a while to get used to the more moody, teenage Ashley and when interacting with the other teenagers, it felt a little like Life is Strange but thankfully without the foul language. I quite like Matthew as a character. There was a sadness to him and why that is has just been revealed in the chapter I've just finished. I kinda guessed what had happened but it was still a sad and touching scene. Think I've still got a couple of chapters left. -
Indeed. We'll just get another version of Donkey Kong Country Returns.

Yeah, the PS5 is already struggling in Japan and this is just going to worsen the situation. If the Switch 2 launches at £350-£400, you are gonna be able to get two of those for one PS5 Pro and that will be an actual new device.

To be fair, looking around various sites, there are very few Sony gamers who are happy with what's been shown.

Prove him wrong, drahkon. Prove him wrong!!

I believe in you.

And if it keeps going like that they can keep 'em. This push for more powerful hardware is just ridiculous. Developers aren't even getting the best out of what they already have. Not to mention studios are getting shut left and right because it's become so expensive to create a game now due to these high end machines. Again, I guess I'm just getting too old for this hobby...I just don't get it anymore.

Yikes, that price!
-
I'd take it.
-
This is why we can't have nice things.
-
Hilarious response. Still my fav Final Fantasy and I doubt it will ever be topped.
-
I suppose it's like everything. I mean, the energy crisis has been over for a while and yet most things continue to go up in price. It's ridiculous.

That's crazy. He was so young. Is there any word on how he passed away?

Heard it on the radio on the way into work. Gutted. Dude was a legend. I loved his performance in Coming to America and even his cameo appearance on Big Bang Theory was a laugh.

Yeah, but it's not just PlayStation. Nintendo hasn't dropped the price of the Switch, nor has Microsoft with the Series X. I get why Nintendo won't because the thing is still selling but Microsoft are in dead last and could do with a boost. As I said, years ago a console would get a discount when it was near the end of its life or not selling well but that isn't the case anymore. Even when a console was doing well (PS2) they would make revisions of it a sell it at a lower price. I think it a lot of it comes down to what Killthenet and Dcubed said in that customers/younger generation have become conditioned to pay high prices for electronic goods. Paying £800-£1000 for a phone just seems bonkers to me. I begrudged spending £150 on a cheap Samsung phone 2 years ago and so the thought of spending a grand on one is just baffling to me.

I'm baffled why they keep raising prices on their PS goods. Don't components usually get cheaper as time goes on or is that just a thing of the past now? It's crazy how we don't really get cut price consoles at the end of a generation anymore.
