Reach on the 360, CoD on the PS3. Those two are more than enough for me. The FPS used to be my favourite genre, but I prefer shooting people in the face in the 3rd person perspective, such as Gears of War and SOCOM.

To be honest, I'm a God of War noob. And coming from a Demon's Souls mindset, its taking time to adjust..............if that makes sense.

That sounds really appealing to me. From what little I have played of Uncharted 2 Multiplayer. Its just been a case of 'who has the biggest gun = Win'. So everyone just runs to the same weapon spawn points.

I only need to do the last challenge to Platinum GoWII, I need to get back to that. I also started playing GoWIII on Titan mode, I don't know if I'll stick with it, its extremely tough.

Fightsticks are awesome, it took a little time to adjust from a pad, but it was worth it. So much more control and precision. I've got two now, a wireless Tekken stick and a Madcatz SFIV TE fightstick. Both are superb. -
Is there anything on Steam that my Samsung NC10 Netbook could run? I have Plants vs Zombies and Peggle. Maybe an old RPG or summat that I can get into?

I would rather pay £10 for 4 hours of extremely entertaining gameplay, than £30 for a game that lasts 30 hours, but is average.

At today's "Street Fighter IV and Beyond" panel, Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono revealed that he and his team "haven't forgotten about Street Fighter III." As proof, Ono offered an announcement, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition. "We're just starting to work on it," Ono said of the new version of Street Fighter III, so "It won't be out in the immediate future." The fighting game producer said that fans should be vocal about their wishes for Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition as the team working on it had just begun development. Capcom will be taking fan feedback and suggestion in mind when developing the game so be sure to bug Seth Killian over on Capcom-Unity with your ideas!

I'm tempted to get a second stick now for when a friend wants to play. Those wireless Tekken sticks are going really cheap on ShopTo and eBay. Including the game itself and some artbook.

Just played through Limbo, a very short but extremely enjoyable downloadable title. Highly recommended.

Mobile Engineer for a Facilities Management Company. Basically doing a lot of travelling between Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield responding to air conditioning/heating/electrical plant break-downs in hospitals/hotels/sports centres etc... and trying to look as if I know what I'm doing.

I can level you up pretty fast if you just want the Trophy, but you need to play a fair bit online anyway for other Trophies. So you'll most likely hit the required level (I think its 30?) before getting the 'Play 300 online Ranked Matches' Trophy. Thats assuming you're after the Platinum of course.

Nice one Shiekah, Then its just a case of playing through the game another couple of times to buy all the Miracles and Spells, obtain all the rings and find all unique weapons!

My hypothesis of the phenomenom that is Cross Hair Expansion is thus: Due to the cross nulification of percieved geo-pixellated frame buffers and spacial awareness that one can occasionally succumb to, it therefore fluctuates exponentially at controlled intermediate flagulates - Particularly on a sub-atomic quantum level. I started leveling up magic and faith stats (up to around the mid-twenties). Then buffed up my strength, vitality and dexterity. So sort of a Battle Mage char. Finished it earlier, and its definitely one of my favourite if not the favourite game of this generation. Along with Uncharted 2, Streetfighter IV and CoD4.
