I'm quite looking forward to this one too! I didn't play the first as a result of it lacking multiplayer, knowing I'd be getting the sequel... from what I've seen of it, this game looks great! In my top ten wanted list!

I'm looking for a new job, currently with Shell working in logistics in their Marine department, been here 14 months now... decent enough job, but they're outsourcing to Manilla next year and my contract with them only runs until March '08, so I think I'll start to look for a new job now... ...not sure what to go for though! Hmmm...

I think that is a fantastic post tapedeck! I'd say I do agree, I'm so happy that the Wii is the way it is, I'm not fussed about HD, Twilight Princess is one of the most beautiful games I've ever laid my eyes upon! Artistic direction is the way forward!

So I checked out your link and saw that it says about the Interton VC4000 having an analogue stick. However, it also states in the paragraph prior to that, that an analgue stick is sometimes confused with a joystick... I then go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interton_VC_4000 and see that the pad consists of a 12-key keypad, 2 fire buttons and a joystick I don't really care if I'm wrong, but you had said that I had said Nintendo invented the analgue stick whereas I was simply referring to them bringing it into console gaming... granted, if they weren't the first to introduce it, they certainly were first to make it mainstream... which is still more than Microsoft have done with Xbox Live (which was the only point I was making)! ...sorry if I sound like I've gone on some mad defensive rant there, I've not meant to, just that you said I was implying something that I totally wasn't!

Nobody said Nintendo "invented" the analogue stick! I said they brought it into console gaming... nobody was implying anything of the sort!

I can't agree with this... Analogue stick... that alone is more than Xbox Live or any other feature Microsoft have brought to the console market! I don't believe any of the companies are holding the industry back either, look at the industry, it's absolutely booming just now!

I disagree, I prefer riding through Hyrule in TP to sailing in WW. Something about being with Epona once again that makes it feel magical, even if there isn't much to do while travelling!

Metroid, I need to know how Metroid plays/feels/looks... and if Mario Kart was to be announced... that'll do me! That really would do me!

This is the game I want the most! I really hope we get this game this year! Earlier than November time too!

Here are my thoughts... Nunchuck setup: Analogue stick - Player movement Nunchuck movement - Shoulder barge C Button - Button modifier (like L1 on the PS Pro Evo games - giving you "one-two's" and chipped through balls etc) Z Button - Sprint A Button - Pass/Standing tackle (off the ball) B Button - Shoot/Sliding tackle (off the ball) D Pad Down - Through ball/Pressurize (off the ball) D Pad Left/Right - Chip/Lob Maybe even the Pointer (just a little thought) - Off the ball movement. The pointer could be used to highlight an off the ball player by pointing at him and holding C, you could then move the selected player independantly to the player you're controlling with the analogue stick, by "dragging" him with the pointer while holding C

I don't think there's anything you can do to stop the Toad-jump... I seem to pull it off flawlessly against my mates... it just has to be timed right... pretty much as soon as Toad hit's the edge of the area, bang, he jumps over Kremlin!

The problem with comparing this to films is that we take on the role and initiate the killings ourselves in games! Whereas in film, we watch the role of the killer... a game is worse than a film! I dunno, I'd like to play the game and wouldn't like it to be banned outright, but I do see their point! ...in work, hence the short post!

I know, but I really needed some quality time to get to know my Wii! Haha, had a couple mates over and we hammered Wii Sports all week after I finished Zelda! ...such a great week!

Well I've got the game now, bought it on Friday and spent most of the weekend on it... played multiplayer mainly so I haven't managed to unlock anything through the main game just yet. ...it's OK, but nothing special in my eyes. I still rate Zelda, Wii Sports and SSX Blur above it, out of the games I own. But it's worth the purchase!
