Looks... WOW!

I don't mind this actually... just means another massive app to look forward to in '08. Mario Kart, Metroid Prime 3, SMG and Battalion Wars Wii will keep me happy until then!

Online, more Characters, back to Karts, more tracks and all the previous tracks! Excite truck style controls! (Dpad - use weapon)

I like the flat stages when plenty of weapons have been turned on... it's havoc when you're playing with 3 other people! Especially when a red shell is thrown into the mix! Mucho fun!!!

Yeah he did! I thought it was a great idea! And it is true that everyone seems to always say "yeah that'd be a great idea" without remembering the last time someone said! Ha ha

Who was it that came up with the idea for SR388? Any of you guys remember it? They imagined an MMOFPS where you could choose your side, Federation Trooper or Space Pirate and then go from there, trying to gain control of the planet and the Metroids etc...

I'd guess it's the normal Combat Visor but just in "hyper" mode... Ya know, the phazon induced Samus..?

In my day of hard labour and stress of work, this is sure to be the highlight! Awesome!

I'm thinking that this game would be pretty good to chill to... however, I've got the fishing hole in Zelda for that and, so far, I don't see this beating the fishing in Zelda for some chillout time! Does look awfully pretty though!

I still would much rather see Soul Calibur IV...

Everything you've just said... perfect! That's exactly how I felt when playing MP! I was so immersed into the game world it was unreal! If this does recapture that feeling then I can only see it being better as the controls will add to the level of immersiveness! I can really see this being my favourite game of all time!

This is what I have in mind, a Retro Studios FPS... man that would be great!

Great update, not fussed over lack of multiplayer... as I've said in an earlier post, if the control really is as spot on as people say it is, then I hope for an online FPS of the same calibur some time in the short future (nothing to do with Metroid mind)!

This game NEEDS online! ...well, ok it doesn't... but it sure would be great with it!!!

Although this would be awesome, I'm not a fan of it... I'd like to think that, as Samus, I'm alone in this and solving this by myself... being a bounty hunter - This bounty is MINE!

If MP3's controls do turn out to be fantastic, I sure hope that there's an FPS with these controls and online being made by Nintendo! Otherwise, MP is all about single-player experience... although I wouldn't complain if a multiplayer was executed well!

I'm not too impressed at all thus far... I'll keep waiting to see how it progresses though!

The thing I loved about the Metroid Prime games is the level of immersion they created! All the goodness of Super Metroid but in 3D and with such a level of immersion... it really was, for me, the defining game of last generation! No other game came close to it, not even the immensely brilliant Res Evil 4!!! With the controls of the Wii I can quite possibly see MP3C making it into my list of favourite games ever... ...right in at the number 1 spot!!!

I'm not getting Gears of War with my 360 this weekend... I don't think it's that good a game, I've completed it, played it online plenty, I'm pretty decent at it... but I just don't think it's a decent game!
