  1. As much as we've argued as of late @Ronnie, that was comedy gold!
  2. Gerrard clapping us onto the pitch... priceless! Poor Stevie G, never being a champion and having had it done for him. I'd not find it so funny if it wasn't for his choice of words last season "This does not slip now..." God it was too funny that they were the words he chose to use! As much as I love to take the piss, he is a club legend there though and so I'd have been one to applaud him off too.
  3. That was the case on the Wii and WiiU but not the other platforms. You'd have millions/thousands playing all the modes on the 360/PS3.
  4. @Serebii well then as opposed to me calling BS on you not playing them, I'm calling BS on you believing Splatoon has plenty of content... because you can't possibly believe that unless you have a mental deficiency, surely?!
  5. I call total bollocks here then. What about all the different games modes etc in CoD and BF?! Don't be so deluded!
  6. Substantial content?! @Serebii, this comment leads me to believe you've never played the likes of CoD or BF. It's so lacking in content it's laughable! So lacking that I don't even see £35 as worth it. The coming DLC is free because, let's face it, it should be in the game as standard!
  7. I'm with @Wii on this one. Splatoon is releasing as an empty shell of a game. It's laughable how unfinished it is! Imagine CoD launched with just Team Deathmatch but without the ability to party up or chat. It's shambolic! CoD was never released an unplayable mess, they've had teething problems but never unplayable. Only BF4 released a mess of the BF games. Splatoon will have teething problems, of course it will, but this isn't where the issue lies. It's that it's so barebones with so few online options/features and it is a primarily online game. It's so bad how it's been handle by Nintendo. It's laughable!
  8. If you want to get particular @dazzybee I could say RRP is simply RRP, it's not "full price". Full price is what you pay for a game that isn't second-hand and what you buy it for when it's not in any sales etc. @Fierce_LiNk I know it's not something Nintendo would do, it's just the value I see the game at.
  9. I've not bought much stuff in sales and the most I paid for a game as of late was £40. It's not twisting things to suit agendas, it's simply what value we perceive games to be. Splatoon in my mind shouldn't cost more than £20 for it's content.
  10. As per the Online thread, I think Splatoon is a laughable, empty shell of a game. I was so hyped when I first saw it, but everything since has dampened my thoughts on the game and that Direct solidified it in my mind as very sub-par.
  11. £35 is what I consider full price!
  12. I'm going to Belfast tomorrow morning until Monday night so I'll not download it, haha. It's an empty shell of a game, so few game modes, so few online functions. It's laughable! Imagine if CoD only launched with Team Deathmatch and no options like partying up and voice-chat! Nintendo is ripping people off with lack of content in Splatoon! It should not be a full price game!
  13. The longer this generation goes on, the more Nintendo push me away. I held a faint hope that the Splatoon Direct would do some little thing to maybe garner my interest once more but it did completely the opposite. The game looks laughable to me now, an actual shambles. I only hope Nintendo can one day drag me back but I've no faith in them doing so.
  14. I do. I honestly believe they are that clueless in regards to online gaming. All their other online efforts prove it to be the case. I believe this more than people saying Sony waited until Microsoft showed their hand with the XBO at E3 regarding used games etc and then "changed their minds" within 24hrs to say they weren't doing it the same way. That's more ludicrous.
  15. Nintendo getting egg on their face again with Splatoon and the lack of online modes/options for this predominantly online-focused game. Only realising late in development that it's lacklustre and having to patch it in... 3 months later!
  16. I'd complain if I was still interested in the game, haha.
  17. One Piece is all kinds of amazing and has been for a while now. I'm bloody loving it!
  18. That Messi! Can't score against Chelsea mind! :awesome:
  19. Even I'd download a demo for it.
  20. Not at all. I can't get excited given their backwards approach to online/social gaming, so any multiplayers revealed just won't do anything for me and Zelda isn't making an appearance. I'm not a fan of Starfox, not interested in 2D Platformers, Project Guard and Giant Robot made me think it's time they put Miyamoto out of his misery like you would an old horse. I don't want to see any more of Xenoblade until it's out. Hopefully there will be surprises that will excite me but how can I have any faith that there will be when they've been so lacklustre this gen? MK8 & Smash haven't cut the mustard for me, Splatoon looked promising but all that promise fell through with their decision to not include voice-chat. It's all been backward steps from them this gen. How could I possibly be hyped?!
  21. I am the least hyped I've ever been for Nintendo at E3. I hope they get me excited again, I just don't have faith that they will.

    Destiny

Is there any quick-fire way to get to level 32 so that I'll be able to play the next DLC without having to grind out the weekly shit, or is it just the Raid gear that let's you get to that level? I'd rather get it done in the space of a few days rather than have to wait each week for it.
  23. Hahahahahahahahahahaha! I love it!
  24. I love your bitterness @Wii
