Despite my intial grumblings about the snow I have to say I rather loved it. Snowballing, human pyramids, and we made a little igloo that actually worked properly! Here is me becoming completely closed in by it. There's also a video of me jumping out of it though the walls, which i rather love, but I don't think you can embed facebook videos... Anyway, then had lotsa people round for hot chocolate and pancakes, then played some wii. Textbook snowday Might post more photos soonish. And I need proper gloves next time...

Argh, freaking crap timing. Any day for a snow day but tomorrow... I had it all planned out, 2 of my teachers were taking tomorrow off so I just had one lesson, then home for pancakes and BSG, before going off to the cinema with someone to see Che after lunch. Snow has scuppered those plans...

Does my head in. One time when we gained control of the speakers at our school one of the 'cool girls' came took the remote and turned it off. Granted, it was death metal that some guy had stuck on but still, it annoys me when someone like her, who has about the equivalent musical knowledge that I had when I was about 7, and who constantly sticks on shit, turned it off... Ahh Im going the Sunday Should be rather amazing. First time seeing them for me, I saw like two songs at Reading but that was about it because Justice ran on late and I missed most of the set

Tru dat. Studio4c or something I believe, they have done quite a few cool short films and the like. Think they did a similar thing for Batman, which I never watched. Have to say I've pretty much stopped watching anime the past few months... meh.

For me, tis English lit at UEA - AAB Leicester - ABB Southampton - AAB Leeds - Pending Exeter - Pending I wish Leeds / Exter would frickin hurry up Two that I most want to go to. Probably thinking of Leeds at the moment. My grades are all on track now though. 19/20 English CW 91% Art coursework thus far, woop!

We came to internet quite late, and when we eventually when we did get the stupidly slow dial up, which I was only allowed to use for like an hour a night. Back then I spent quite alot of time of internet games like Outwar and Project Rockstar, which were pretty shit and timewasteful in retrospect. Friends also played them which was good. Then I didn't use internet much for a while, and then came back in full force when I got a computer in my room, when 15ish. Many wasted afternoons followed (much like now). Top sites? Facebook Here Various blogs I have an anally organized bookmarks toolbar in my firefox, with drop down lists from blogs I read or TV sites.

I had to google the lyrics to work out it was Terrible Storm... knew it was a T&S but wasn't sure which. I rather love If It Was You now. And do eet. My art teacher seems to have realised that I am a massive closet geek. 'So the next few weeks probably aren't the ideal time to go out nightclubbing. *looks at me* Or watching two hours of Lost, downloaded from the internet, before obsessing over the new Watchmen movie on the internet'. Nicely summarised. When I saw Jeff pop up in round one I was pretty sure it would win. Although now that Xfactor has ruined it though, seems it's getting less votes. In any case, as you said, there's no denying the better song is Hallelujah. Such a phenomenal cover.

Tru dat. They are on my list of 'bands I really really need to see live'. The Warning is faultless, and I quite like Made in the Dark aswell, despite many dislikeing it. On an unrelated note if anyone else likes the Silver Jews, the split up a few days ago pretty great band, it's a shame... Elsewhere I've been listening to Foals a ridiculous amount this last week, bit of Asobi Seksu, and rediscovered how incredible Iron and Wine are. One of the most amazing songs I've heard in a long time.

My thoughts exactly. Innocent twin and Freddie were the only characters I liked at all. Though yeh, the footballer boyfriend was hilarious. Oh but the theme tune is wicked. Asobi Seksu <3 And the 'coming up on skins' thing at the end makes it look pretty awesome. I was going to paste a youtube video of it but gah, can't find it. Seconded. 7 / 10

I need to do this too. I've tried spliff quite a few times, but every time I've been slightly drunk anyway and didn't really feel different at all after doing it. My day involved day off sixth form, bastard early driving lesson (he said booking test soon yays) and then went to laser quaser with friends, haha I have't been there for about 6 years... blast to the past.

Were good that. Losts getting pretty fucking ridiculous now though... Before it was confusing because things hadn't been explained. Now it's just confusing because it's hard to keep track of things. But it looks promising. Has to be said that lost is not a show to rewatch. Started on season 4 again a couple weeks back, christ it was boring.

Probably skip to 1.30ish, but that video is one of my favourite things ever - especially when the crowd join in, it's literally amazing. Yeasayer are rather brilliant. Seconded. Actually I only have TW, but it's pretty amazing. Alone in Kyoto is such a good acoustic song to play duet aswell. In other news, I finally downloaded RAC remix of Back In Your Head which I now rather love. And got the slumdog soundtrack which is pretty awesome, especially this DFA remix of paper planes... great video aswell

Haha, well the thing is I do think The Wire is better, yet I enjoy watching BSG more... Season 3 is getting fillery where I am though.... but still pretty amazing. I need to catch up soon, I think I would cry if I got the ending spoiled for myself.

I think it's to trick idiots like me into buying them. I forget that I am like 30, and that belts don't all come in one size. I've gotten quite good at drilling new making new holes in belts now.
