I've got a gym induction booked for tomorrow, kinda nervous about it but at least I've made a first step. Goal is to add a bit of mass and improve my cardio . Just need to be wary that I want to go on pay as you go and not be on direct debit quite yet.

The appeal for me about player created stages / levels was never about whether they matched the game developers standards, but more about what dumb level my friends would make or what we could build together. Fond memories of playing on bizarre but hilarious custom smash stages with mates

Two huge games ahead for us at home to Submarines and Inter. I think once we enter the relegation zone it will be very hard to get out with the games now running out.

Split screen multiplayer is an absolute blast. I do like how with 3 players the 4th square can be used to admire yourself on MKTV:heh: Battle mode is still pretty intense and enjoyable but it would be a great move for Nintendo to bring back some of the classic maps.

I've had my PS4 for a couple of days now and it really is a wonderful piece of kit. Light years ahead of what the PS3 is capable of. Tomb Raider looks really really good especially for what is essentially a port, Resogun is challenging but incredibly fun. While Infamous is breathtakingly beautiful, I keep suspending play to snap a pic . Still early on in all 3 games but safe to say the console was worth the wait and a delight so far. I'll probably give Killzone a start when I've finished at least one of Infamous/TR but by then I'll be drowning in Watch Dogs (saw an ad for it in London today ) , TLOU and anything else on the horizon. Happy days to be a gamer.

That feeling when you realise you don't have a game on the next matchday

My PS4 should hopefully and finally be on its way this week. A copy of Second Son has been taunting me on my desk for a couple of weeks now:nono: but least once it arrives I'll have plenty to play over the coming months. Tomb Raider, Watch Dogs, Octodad, Resogun, Nidhogg are all too on my list of games to play E3 this year is going to be a weird one for me. I won't be able to watch any of the events live because of full time job and it's pretty much going to be near impossible to remain spoiler free until I get home as I'm in the industry::shrug:. So tempted to just take a couple of days off as watching the GT live programme and Giant Bomb nightly shows are also what make E3 enjoyable to me (and of course N-E chat! ). I was going to suggest whether you have any spare laptop HDDs? As you could buy a cheap super slim and hard drive cradle. But the £100 GAME preowned PS3s for the Slim looks to be incredible value. I would personally go for them, not sure how long the offer is up for though.

How related to games will QOL be? If there's no real link I kinda rather Nintendo didn't debut QOL at E3 but wait until a consumer tech show instead.

Wanted some new shoes

I'm expecting a Rosalina game. Her inclusion in 3D World, Kart and Smash suggests Nintendo wants her to be a prominent character. Possibly an Animal Crossing tease too but that could be a while off. As others have eluded, is it too late for a WiiU rebrand?

Would anyone from the middle league like a friendly on Tuesday? I don't mind being the away side.

Thanks all for the responses. I blew my load and went for the 64GB off Nippon Yasan. They're slow to ship (which is fine) but apparently they might mark the package as a low valued gift to avoid customs.

I'll be getting a Vita in the next few weeks and I'm wondering how big a memory card should I really be going for. Is 32GB the way to go considering all the Plus games I've amassed over the months? Or am I better off importing from a website in Japan for the 64GB?

I don't see why it's unfair for people to ask for the gamepad to be made optional. People who own a WiiU can answer my question, but what exactly makes the gamepad so intrinsic to the OS? A lot can be handled by the pro controller surely? Two of this year's highly anticipated games in Smash Bros and Mario Kart do not require the gamepad and essentially Nintendo are losing sales those who would like to play those games but are put off by the gamepad and the high price point of entry. You can still have games like 3D World that require the gamepad if needs be. A gamepad-less £149 WiiU Mario Kart bundle would put it in inpulse territory imo or £199 with an actual hard drive.

It looks like a lot of players benefited from the bonus matches, ours included. +11 visible increase but crucially midfielders Romero, Quim & Wilder all double jumped. I'm certain that is Quims third double jump as he's now worth 10 million. Only downside is Wacek will retire next and I'm sure it won't be long until my veteran defender and striker do so too.

Bundle or no bundle Nintendo will need to give the game primetime advertising and marketing. Put an ad at half time of the FA Cup final, world cup matches, Britain's Got Talent etc. Double down on the work they did at shopping malls for 3D World with ads at train stations, city centre high streets and anywhere else with high footfall.

I was thinking of starting a thread in General Gaming for initial E3 thoughts but I'll just leave mine here: For Nintendo I'm looking forward to seeing the evolutionary steps taken for Zelda U from a mechanics and gameplay perspective. From third parties I want to see a first glimpse of the game set in the Sleeping Dogs universe.

Any recommendations for a 1tb SSHD? Are they worth it? Becoming more and more likely I'll order a console and Infamous next week, may be even Tomb Raider too as its in the sale according to HUKD. Thanks

Its taken a while for me to really buy into VR, but after hearing anticipation from friends about how much they enjoy the Rift as well as devs online talking about the possibilities of VR I've gotten the hype too. However, I would prefer if Nintendo led the way for actual biometric feedback in games. Obv it lends itself to horror games like for kickstarter title Nevermind but it would be refreshing to see it in a game such as Zelda where you can only solve certain puzzles dependent on your pulse rate or an underwater stage in Mario where you literally have to control your breathing. Maybe this will be how they can combine with their QOL initiative but I'm disappointed that biometric feedback isn't already mainstream in games. My fantasy would be a biometric name based around the TV series Chuck : peace:

Looks like we're through to the knockout round which is great, hopefully we can nick top spot. As for next season I wouldn't mind seeing a 14-13 format or a super 27 league, though maybe it'll have to wait until season 40

I reckon once E3 rolls around it'll be much easier to decide when to buy a PS4/Xbox One. As for me, I'm probably going to wait until April to pick up a PS4 along with Infamous and maybe FIFA if it's cheap. That'll lead nicely into Watch Dogs in May which even if it turns out shit I still feel compelled enough to buy it. Then it's World Cup/E3 time:awesome:

Poor from us in today's game. We never really got going and failed to get past DuDs solid defence. Fortunately we have the perfect oppertunity to make things right in the home tie.
