It's one of the greatest factors contributing to that exact behaviour, actually.

He would be very boring, and too "cartoony". Accurate, as you seem to be contrasting it with the cartoon. On that note, Batman would look awful if he had that massive chest like he does in the 90's cartoon. With the armout accents on top of one of those cazy wrestler builds, he'd end up just reminding me of Batman fron The Dark Knight Returns; Which would be very, very bad.

I've had about 4 eargarms in the last 24 hours to Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie by Alanis Morissette, played overly loud on cans. I can't describe how much I love Front Row, the first track, in this form.

I had a cold/acute laryngitus, and had the funniest singing voice ever. I considered recording a cover of a song, but then I could never replicate that voice (I've already basically got my normal voice back). I hate my speaking AND singing voice.

From Wiki; Basically what I said. Though the most recent depiction of his origin is a bit different, and more related to vengeance on Batman. (Look up on Wiki for more info)

Went to a meeting to find out what ever happened to the former church youth co-oridantor, who left mysteriously at the start of the year, and the heads of the church refused to divulge details. Turns out he's awaiting a sentence at a psychiatric ward/prison for being a long-time member of a child porn website. Oh well. Number of people in authority I quite liked revealed to be Paedophilically minded = 2. Yay, another one for my collection...

Do you mind reading The Killing Joke? It's more than a few panels. Though it's never been confirmed as the truth, it's effectively his origin, as it was a look directly inside his head, and he was saddened by the memories. Also, Grant Morisson's Arkham Asylum: A Serious House On Serious Earth has an interesting view on the Joker. I don't have it here with me, but the psychologist woman informs Batman that her professional diagnosis is that Joker is the first case of what she dubs "Super-Sanity, a mind-set more adapted for life in the upcoming 21st century" (this was published in 1989), and that "Joker reinvents himself everyday, explaining why he's a playful clown somedays, and a cold, murderous sociopath the next".

What the fuck does 'Frottage" mean, apart from sounding disgusting? Where'd that come from? --- *sighs* Today I found out that I've officially had fairly good friendships with 2 authority figures who were secretly into child porn/paedophiles. Feels like such a pointless waste of the rest of thier lives. Although the first one was my P6 teacher, and he wasn't actually charged, just got on the sex offenders list.

That may be my favourite piece of film ever. You eclipsed the Joker in The Dark Knight. Seriously.

Looking back, I may have been slightly biased, but I just hated the way they handled the "chorus". --- I'm having multiple eargarsms to Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie.

Saw The Ceasar Twins at the E4 Udderbelly this evening, they were very good. I think they're staples of Cirque Du Soliel, which is a big deal, I suppose. How one of them nearly died during one of their shows, but has since gone back to his peak is beyond belief.

Uh...that one one occurence in one scene of the film? It wasn't like he was involved in a melee against Luthor's men, expertly taking them out with lethal ju-jitsu or whatever. He pushed a piano at one, probably instinctively. I mean, yeah, I wouldn't have included a son, as it's too weird and silly, but it was actually handled very well, considering.

Sophie's Choice Realised I hadn't seen it in about 4 years, and I felt it was time to watch it as a real-minded teenager, rather than a child. One of the most harrowing films I've ever seen, and Meryl Streep is utterly unforgettable. One of the best performances on film I can think of. Kevin Kline is great also. So emotional distressing that it doesn't make you cry, it makes your throat go all dry and burn.

Mmm-hmm. I've only seen his comic stuff (Supes and the X-Men films he did), but X2 is one of my favourite films, based on pure enjoyment, and the fact that I have an X-men fetish. It's just comic-like.

That's 100x better than the original you posted. Don't listen to the radio, or watch the charts on music channels. It's full of shit usually, and if there's anything good, I'll find it by skimming on iTunes store. (maybe good radio stations, but I tend to just find better music on my own) I've heard Kid Rock's song once, I think. And No Air by Jordin Sparks about 3 times.

Yup, it seems to be that people dislike because it hasn't got Superman battling crazy robots, or Lex Luthor in a bright green battlesuit. Or they can't accept any other Superman films apart from the original 2. It's not bad, just a bit odd, in places, and in plot. --- I wish they'd just make a Wonder Woman movie and get it over with. I mean, Flash will be shit, he's so uninteresting. Green Arrow I know is more focused on a prison breakout or something...I dunno. I just want me some Wondy. The animated movie is coming out next year on DVD, I think.

It's Mr.Freeze, from the Emmy-winning episode of the Batman Animated Series, "Heart Of Ice". 5.9/10 I just don't like that pic. He's cool though. -
I don't think I've ever seen a film with her in...does she now have fucked up lips? Or is that Melanie Griffith? Yeah, I got a 90's vibe just from the poster (I have Uninvited by Alanis Morissette on my iTunes, the theme tine, so I have the movie poster to stare at when it plays).

The only reason I don't the underground (anywhere, really) is the lack of control. In opens and closes, no matter what, and I panic in my head, that I'll be seperated from whatever group I'm in, or like get crushed to death. The underground in Barcelona and Washington D.C were both nice, IIRC.

Looking back, Ghostrider just reminds me of shit. I'm one of the few who actually enjoys Catwoman, but I'm bias, and just find it so funny. 28 Days Later Much better than I expected (actually had no expectations), I loved Sunshine (the only other Danny Boyle thing I've seen) and Cillian Murphy is always good. Liked the shooting style, and the fact that infected were handled well, not cliched. Some nice social commentary going on there too, I felt.
