The latter. Jagged Little Pill is VERY good. To be honest, her most consistantly quality album from start to finish. But the heights of Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie are better than the heights on Jagged Little Pill.

I'm in Edinburgh, and there hasn't been so much as a hint of snow this enitre holiday. It usually hits mid-jan to through Feb.

I'm pretty sure Alanis Morissette must just think up loose structures/themes for a song, then flip through thesauruses and dictionaries and stuff, to get as interesting or gramatically intruiging lyrics as possible.

Can I just re-iterate I love rereading Ultimate X-men all over again. I've read up till the Phoenix a few times, but realised I'd never reread Return Of The King onwards. Loving it. Thanks for the inspiration Dan (think it was you).

Royksopp ad Frou Frou are both what lovely sounds like. ------- I love this song, it's been on repeat since getting the Mulholland Drive soundtrack. It seems haunting to me after the film...

Yeah, I'm not opposed to Eminem at all, and actually have the Marshall Mathers LP. He seems to strike a good balance between silly and serious.

Indeed. Last Holiday I got this for my sister for xmas, for the same reason I got Nancy Drew from here. Both films we hadn't seen, yet made jokes about. It was alright, typical fare. The aspect that she's slowly dying isn't really raised much (obviously would put a dampner on the fun), but it was relatively heart-warming. Nothing special though, and of course, a lot of unbelievable bits. 5/10

This has been posted like 5 times before! The trailer i saw was actually slightly interesting (in that it looked like it has disturbing elements). The poster is rubbish though, I agree.

I could need to hear. I only have one Metric album (Grow Up An Blow Away), and I've only heard MASTRKRFT's mix of D.A.N.C.E by Justice, but it sounds promising. Possibly. But yeah...It's not, JonSt.

Do you think I'm some sort of worshipper of Britney Spears? If I were, and if she wrote anything resembling a song in her life, I'd get what you were aiming for? As it stands, I dislike her as a musical entity, enjoying her music as far as crappy pop songs can be enjoyed. :p

Noted, but at least "literally" doesn't bring to mind someone with a really nasally voice and half-lidded eyes, who happens to secretly be a knobhead (This is genuinely what 'rather' in the context Haggis uses it in brings to my mind).

Though I don't have the album, she seems VERY overhyped. I mean, her lyrics are pretty awful, let's not lie to each other. Just Dance is the only genuinely good song I've heard. (Poker Face felt all mixed up, and Beautiful Dirty Rich sounded odd and bland) Better than what Aguilera is doing atm though.

Her name isn't actually Molly. And Molly (...), I like your hair/make-up (lack of?) in that pick from ages ago, but i told ya in that PM I prefer wavy/curly hair on girls to sheet-thin everyday of every week. You still look nice though.

YES! Bear in mind, TOAL has unanimously regarded shitty remastering of her tracks. Spark is literally neutered as a song on that. It's one of her best in it's original version, but yeah. TOAL made me a Toriphile, but I can pick it apart easily. Good on you for getting it though, AND Homogenic!

Yeah. While there's no denying she looks good for 50 (her arms are scary though), it's kinda freaky. At least she still looks "normal", something that lots of celebrities entering "old age" tend not to, after surgery.

The ones around here (well close to me) don't have very big mens depts, though, and the one in the very near mall doesn't have one at all. But they have generally good t-shirts with interesting designs (big thing for me), and the black jeans I exclusively wear are from there. (Need a new pair, actually...the ones I have have a suspicious shiny stain that won't come out)

Not that your cheeks are at all "chubby" (they're really nice!), but apparently those cheeks are part of the "New New Face", as worn by Madonna (who I think just had cheek implants or something). So maybe you should keep them? (I love how this sounds like they're a fashion accessory or something)
