Cause meat tastes amazing and is like...the greatest food, but some people don't like the idea that what they're eating was once walking around/was bred for the sole purpose of consumption by humans. So technically "same" taste without having to kill the animal/s. I don't believe it would taste the same though. I can imagine it tastes like the colour beige.

I'm so scared. Well, we (my family) couldn't find anything in any charit shops or even "real" shops. Even the most expensive of kitchen or bathroom units weren't even what I was looking for, let alone the cheap ones. I'm dealing. I'll make one. It'll blow them all.

I have no idea where to locate a local dump/junkyard. My dad's gone to look in some second-hand "home" store. Eh. I have a door from a kitchen unit, I can convince my mum to let me use it and just make the rest of it myself like the Design Technology whiz I once was.

Went to bed at 11.30 last night, a normal time for once. Woke up at 8.30 (my new thing, getting up early when I don't have to) dossed about for a bit, then went hunting around Leith for a kitchen cupboard unit. I need one for art, and yeah...none in charity shops or "curio shops". Though I'm not surprised...kinda a random thing to try and sell in either. Might have to go to like B & Q and get the cheapest they have. *worried about the cost*

Well I knew about her for months/years, but never got around to listening to her...I have a condition where using Spotify makes me feel dirty. But I'm obviously getting over it. Also listened to 5.55 by Charlotte Gainsbourg which was good.

Listening to Carla Bruni, Sarkozy(sp?)'s wife, former model and folky singer woman, on recommendation from my french friend. She's lovely. A very breathy/cracked voice.

Yeah, those lists are really pointless arguing about, I just use them to possibly look into music that seems to be well-receieved that I haven't heard before (though it 's nice when you see an album you love high up in said lists).

I love Eyes Wide Shut, but I can see why people wouldn't etc, but I have to point out how much I love the reviews on that poster. "Frustrating". Paris Je T'aime Really enjoyed it, it's more of an experience rather than a full film, since it's many short films from many famous and not-so directors. The styles vary incredibly, and the random one about the asian hairdresser, while I clapped, kinda brought down the whole affair. But I preferred it to the annoying vampire/sin city rip-off bit. Come on Fanny Ardant. Come on Natalie Portman. Come on a multitude of other actors I've seen before. A good watch, 7/10 or something.

Why? Apart from the ending being slightly unsataisfying (though in keeping and makes more sense than having some catch-all ending) I though it was great.

I've been off college yesterday and today, just felt horrible. The receptionist woman who is insane but took a liking to me questioned why I was never off on a Monday or Thursday, only ever either Tuesday or Wednesday. Obviously I can't really answer that...but I hate when I get the feeling people are tossing negative vibes at me.
