I can't wait until I get this for Xmas. I'm so tense. I do have Monster and love it, and yeah that's Nicki Minaj... she is stealing the show on every song she's on these days. (though her own album is a bit bleh and clearly record label approved) I've also fallen in love with her verse in Lil Freak by Usher (which I only knew existed when Pitchfork listed it as one of their best songs of the year, and it is awesome) -

It's a shame when people don't listen/give someone's music/art/whatever a go based on their public persona. Yeah he doesn't seem like my kinda person, but that doesn't make his music bad. A whole lot of A-list people in music and film are absolute cunts. But make great art.

Glad to hear about Jessica Jones, she seems made for a TV show.

3/10 at most. That's fair I think. EDIT: Maybe 4 if you're generous. Very generous. Also ReZ - didn't realise the message was part of the film, lol! Thought it was just like...from Odeon or whatever. Though I suppose it's for people who are like "OMG IT'S NOT 3-D!!!!!" since the start isn't.

His best albums are 1999, Sign O' The Times (his best by far) and Around The World In A Day. (IMO) Purple Rain is very good, but I never really think of it as Prince, since it's so straight-up rock/accessible. His normal albums are much more complex.

He did the entire Batman soundtrack. However, it's one of his worst albums ever. Clearly just a quick moneymaking thing. Very crap.

It's just started here, but possibly the weakest snow you could still get away with calling snow. It looks like RPG snow. Falls really slowly and there's hardly any of it. I just hope nothing affects the trains tomorrow, I'm going back home to Caledonia.

Don't worry, that was just drunken me. It is incredibly suprising you didn't know Gwen Stefani is the lead singer of No Doubt, but realistically I wouldn't normally start screaming about it. Maybe when I go back and play with the edit a bit more. :p Right now it's got a soundtrack of heavily edited/remixed/rejigged parts of songs by Bjork, Britney Spears and Saint Etienne. Which, however lol it is, just doesn't work that cohesively.

My CINEMATIC BODY project was well received, and I am happy with the feedback from the tutors. I wasn't 100% pleased with it, but they were very positive about it. But then when you're up against some of the cliche-ridden crap some other people churn out, it isn't hard to be a bad bitch if you put thought and care into your content. Not going on Youtube though, it's too shabby.

Last night a DJ saved my life. The face I pull whenever Diageo posts. Socialising with my friends! [/really enthusiastic female voice you'd hear on a phone advert] ROFLRAPTOR I need to dye my now ginger hair. Dislike. Though it matches my naturally ginger-ing beard.

Killer Croc is do-able if they use the interpretation of him from Azzarello and Risso's Broken City, in which he actually looked like he had a skin condition (like he's meant to), not like a giant crocodile, and was more of a pimp-like character than some supervillain. Make him a cannibal/freaky - done.
