  1. Croagunk scares me...very creepy... LOOK AT IT. IT HAS THE EYES OF A KILLER!
  2. Ah, no! I preordered her EP on Itunes which came out today, which consists of 3 songs which I've been listening to. The songs are Stuck on Repeat, Meddle (tenorian piano version) and Love Kills. All are great songs in my opinion. Keep going with them! It took me a few listens but now I think they have a fantastic sound. Which album are you listening to?
  3. I've been listening to Little Boots all morning. Beautiful! Tune of the day: Little Boots - Stuck on repeat
  4. BIRTHDAY HAPPINESS!!!
  5. Downloaded the Lord of the Conquest demo. Time to have some fun online!
  6. Awesome thanks. :awesome: I've never properly listened to her before. I have Hard Candy. :p but that's no good! Okay so I just got Ray of Light and American Life off my friend. I shall start off with giving them a listen. (I also got Music and Confessions on the dancefloor off my friend!) Thank you for the recommendation. I want to listen to her good stuff first. I also end up doing some odd stuff while listening to music last time I was listening I went into some kind of trance and started to cut through a CD case with nail scissors. Also because my laptop is by my sink I also managed to carve an "N" my intial into the soap..... :p
  7. Sombrero? Ooh yeah that's the one, I remember seeing a picture ages ago! Yeah I have no idea what the films about or whether it's good or not but it has a man dressed up as a mexican doughnut. if there is any reason to watch a movie it is that! Something from Next called signature, sounded stylish... It doesn't do much! :p I was disappointed, I'd never worn any before. I thought an explosion of madness would envelope my face and a cloud of mysterious desire would shrowd over me. In short I still get laughed at on the streets.
  8. Okay Flinky is now joint with Haggis with my Cheekiest face of the day award! : peace: (also love Eenuh. )
  9. Haha thanks. I should smell the sex now as I got some man perfume (or whatever it's called) for christmas! Well I would if I stopped spraying it in my eye...
  10. I keep forgetting who The Star is and get really excited when I remember it's you. anyway, for me I found them to be good! It was an odd experience, as my body felt bored while watching them but my brain was very interested at what was happening on screen. (if you get what I mean) Now are they worth watching a part and paying seperately for? I'd say yes. Each film has it's own merits and you can see one without the other but they work together so I feel watching them together made the movies overall a greater experience but also it is heavy going to sit through 4 and a bit hours. (well for me anyway), so separiting them a week a part is a wise choice. As Part 1 will still feel fresh in your mind and if in fact you did not enjoy Part 1 you then don't have to sit through another 2hrs of it! : peace: I'd say it is not going to be the best movie you see this year but not one you should miss. I'd say go for it! And I apologise already if you do not enjoy the movie! First movie 2hours 6 minute and the second 2hrs 16 minute or so I am told IMDB had it wrong. (not sure whether it does now!) Also is Sex Drive the one that has some one dressed up as a piece of giant mexican food (maybe a Taco?) If so I want to see it. :p
  11. Haggis wins my cheekiest face of the day award! :awesome:
  12. I was listening to The Killers while hoovering yesterday and I was enjoying what I was hearing. The problem for me is that I felt that apart from Human and Spaceman they all blurred into one so I'll need to give it a proper listen but it was very relaxing while testing out my new hoovering technique! Have yet to listen to Coldplay also but I do like the song Violet Hills. That is what I sort of felt! Not neccesarily (sp. ) that I'm losing my personality but the songs for me with The Killers I feel merge together I'd like a few more standout songs. I've yet to listen to Coldplay really. From what I've listened to some songs are definately relaxing and good! (well I like them) Like S.C.G. said I'd listen to them every now and again! ____ I like MGMT's Weekend Wars. I'm not sure why. I think I liked Pink back in the day! anywho I've been giving her new album a listen and it is pretty good stuff. Also PAJ PAJ PAJ PAJ PAJ Which Madonna albums/songs did you say where worth listening to?
  13. Wanna be in L.A. I thought it was a good song.
  14. I'm not sure why but I watched this 5 times in a row! Your eyes a crazy! (in a good way. ) : peace: I like your eyes. :p This post is not going anywhere so I'm going to...
  15. When I was walking up hill today it felt as if I was shrinking which got me thinking about Garden Gnomes and whether they'd be able to cope with our modern world if they were brought to life. So far good day! played some Caracosson which is a game of Kings. I also tried a Cheesy Dorito for a snack before breakfast, never again! I have not done a great deal since the beginning of 2009 but Tomorrow. (or perhaps later on today) It is down to some more of that revision as my first exam is in 5 day! Also Onion Ring crisps in a Tortilla are yummy!
  16. Che Part 1 and 2. I watched this last night in the cinema. I thought they were very good movies. Part 1 Part one started off slowly and it took its time to find it's place but once it had I found the second half of part 1 was excellent. What I did like is the cut between the "action" of Che in Cuba and then him in later after he has come out going through what he believed in. I like how it was drawn out as it felt like actual guerilla warfare where there is a lot of waiting doing nothing. It meant when the fighting did happen it was more effective and not just massive explosions for massive explosions sake. I felt the settings where brilliant, really good contrasts from Cuba in the first film to Bolivia in the second film. I have to say the choice of music in the first part felt random and tacked on It's definately some of the cheekiest movie I've ever heard. It was used in all the wrong places but it didn't come often so hardly effected the movie. It took me a bit of time to get into the movie but once I did I was hooked. Only problem is it doesn't show when he finally takes over Havana. I'm not sure why I did not know much about Che before I saw this maye it's not interesting. 6 Bears out of 7 Part 2 my friend went to get a drink and missed me get over excited when Paraguay came up on screen and me shouting out: "YOU CAN TAKE SOUTH AMERICA BUT YOU WILL NEVER TAKE PARAGUAY" I was hoping to see him take Havana but it went straight into his attempt at saving Latin America/Bolivia. So this part was his downfall. I'm still unsure which Part I preferred as they are different in there style. This one may have been slower than the first but it was more captivating from the beginning (also a little confusing, will get to that!) Bolivia felt darker and dirtier than Cuba perhaps to show Che's downfall I don't know but Cuba felt much brighter in comparison. Again I liked the fact that it was drawn out as you felt more in tune with what was going on. Unfortunately although it did draw me in I was not concerned that people where dying as I found it hard to diffientrate between characters. At times I was confused as to who was Che as many of the leaders of the different sections had epic beards but that's probably just me. Also I noticed that the cheeky music had disappeared as if they'd sacked the guy who'd put the music in the first one. I felt it didn't need music as that made the action slightly cheesy! I loved the way in which Che died you could feel it coming and it was shot in fist person which had a bigger impact as at that moment I felt as if I was Che on his last legs. Also the fact that it sort of begins how it ends was good as well. 6 Bears out of 7. Overall: It is a solid film, there is not much to fault with it but it does feel bland and a little lifeless. It has no real style of its own and that is where its major flaw lies for me. I was watching it and at the end you notice that it definately lacking something! I will stick with my rating of 6 Bears out of 7 (8.5/10, I'm away my rating sysytem doesn't coincide mathematically)
  17. *ENTERS GA FANGIRL MODE* The loving Kind is a good song but there are much better ones. I watched the making of it and Nadine ended up with glass in her leg... Ouch! Anyway listen to Models it's one of my favourites from them it's from their Chemistry album: Not sure whether they sing it good live I haven't had a listen yet. I love the whole new album (out of Control) it's a grower. First listen it's pretty good then with each additional listen it got vastly superior! I love Love is the Key but that may be just me! *EXITS MODE* Anywhoo first song I've listened to in the New Year is Miley Cyrus - Starting Over had a good title to begin the New Year with! Also I was at my friends house just ringing on the New Year but I also managed to get some Music off him so I know have: Pinks Funhouse (and other albums) Fall Out Boys new album Madonna's albums Alphabeats Adele Coldplay -Viva La Vida The Killers - Day and Age I have so much to listen to!
  18. HAPPY BIRTHDAYS!
  19. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope 2010 is a good one for you! :p oh wait....
  20. Maybe it's just My TV.... I did fiddle with the brightness settings. However It was like that in the Cinema as well! Though I felt it was improved upon since the first movie!
  21. I'm sorry just read that sentence and it not sense much makes. I mean it's hard to see what's going on sometimes as it's too dark! In Batman Begins this was more confused but in The Dark Knight when Batman Breaks into the chinese mans glasshut of dreams I could not see all the fighting that was going on as it was a bit dark. Same at the end when the Joker is in the building of madness and that fighting is going on. I hope that explains what I mean a bit better.
  22. In GTA I can't control my driving anyway so even if I wasn't trying to be evil I still end up killing everyone. I normally like dabbling into my darkside during games I did in the Knights of the Old Republic but I don't think evil is my style. I could not bring myself to harvest a little sister in Bioshock. I saved them instead.
  23. The Dark Knight Brilliant I much prefered it the 2nd time as I knew what was going on and actually got the story or whatever. Somethings annoyed me less also such as the Sonar and What I thought was a sort appearance of Harvey as two face. Also Maggie worked for me as well, I normally hate it when the change a actor for the same character but she is miles better! The Joker is equallly as amazing before and it is just a solid film overall. One of the best Super Hero movie as it has a good plot behind the action which is sometimes still too dark. 6.3 Bears out of 7
  24. Where is my Bidoof Kart? Or Snorlaxmobile? These are what Pokemon really need to be made into hilarious vehicles.
