That is so freaking cool I love that idea. Seems like @Deathjam is right: The devs may want you to farm from time to time. And so far it doesn't feel like a grind (just as it doesn't in the Souls games). This is what I like most about the combat. You can plan your every move because you are able to see the enemy's stamina. Well, that will be the next skill I'll unlock The first skill I learned is...difficult to pull off? Or I just suck...it's the "sheathe your sword, charge and slash"-skill (hold R1+circle). Sometimes when I hold R1+circle it won't work and my guy just does no attack at all If that's a bug then that's fine as it's still an alpha build. If I'm the one who simply just fucks the move up...well, I need to git gud I think Team Ninja is onto something big with Nioh.

I have to say...day one for me. And I haven't even progressed far Fighting and killing an enemy is so satisfying. Really looking forward to the full release and I'll happily play more of the demo in the coming days.

Finished Cathedral of the Deep just now. Was the boss supposed to be this easy? I was just slashing away at "it", I didn't get hit once and boom...done.

No NX at E3? I sure hope for Nintendo that the reveal event will be before E3, then. And that Zelda delay? Couldn't care less. We basically don't know anything about it. I have absolutely no hype for this. Edit: Wow, reading that again makes me sad. My gaming history began with Link's Awakening and I've played most of the Zelda games...and now I am able to say that I don't give a damn about a new Zelda.

As many of you already know, the name has apparently leaked. I'm very excited to hear more about this. The first CoD I've played was Modern Warfare 2 and I couldn't get into it, which is why I haven't bought another installment until Black Ops III. The latter is incredibly fun and I enjoy it a lot. Really hoping the next CoD will deliver a similar experience to me

Finished a couple of missions and it's good fun : peace: There's loot, levelling, abilities, chaos and a lot of skill involved. Timing your reloads (and getting them right...), evading, using melee, using an abilitie...all of this has to be spot on unless you want your situation to go downhill fast Dropping into a game is easy, creating a session is easy. Co-op even with strangers is a blast. I even invaded one session and killed the other guy I didn't get any rewards besides some XP, though...at least I haven't noticed anything else. Not sure if invading is worth it, except for screwing with people

I always have a bow with me It made a couple of fights much easier. I think I have gathered all the loot. Killed every enemy and got some cool items. Man, that giant crab was a pain... Yeah, that NPC dropped one for me, too. But I already had one, so... This made things so much smoother. I think I've found the next boss, at least all the messages in front of the door point towards a strong enemy

I don't mind Nintendo doing new things. What I will never ever understand is why they just can't give us an option. Make these gamepad controls and a setup that doesn't use motion controls or a second screen available.

Farron Keep is annoying Managed to find two bonfires in that area and I did a fair amount of exploring but there's still so much I haven't looked into in that swamp...fucking poison. Think I'll take a detour to the Cathedral of the Deep as I've reached the first bonfire there, too.

Quick and easy example: Dark Sword has a Strength scaling of C and Dex scaling of D. The more points you have in either stat the more damage the weapon does. The better the scaling, the better the damage. S is best, then it ranks down from A to E. I've given up on getting the Dark Sword for now...don't want the grind at the moment Just managed to go through Road of Sacrifices. Fuck me that was horrifying.

Well, I accidentally looked up where I can find the sword I was farming a Darkwraith at High Walls of Lothric for the Tower Key (20000 souls needed). He dropped Dark Gauntlets once. So I wanted to know what else he could drop...and there it was: The Dark Sword Now if he could only give it to me...

Found it : peace: Noticed that door, too. I've just been given the "Lift Chamber Key" by Leonheart. No idea why. Maybe I found an item in the Undead Settlement that triggers this. He told me that there is a Darkwarith locked deep inside Lothric. Maybe its location is accessed via the locked door opened by the key I got. Will check this out later after the Bundesliga match day. Edit: The key worked. Managed to find the Pyromancer. Not sure if I'll go with Pyromancy or Sorcery as an secondary means to deal damage. By the way, the level design in Undead Settlement is absolutely astounding. I've opened up some shortuts and the way the different paths connect is incredible. Think I'm very close to a boss fight, but there's still an area to explore. I'm pretty sure that I bought the key to open up that area. Also found an Axe while exploring the High Walls of Lothric again. It's been my goto weapon for the entirety of the Undead Settlement. Not a good fit for an Assassin but until I find a more suitable weapon I'll stick with this. I've read some talk about a Dark Sword in here. When will I find this? No spoilers please Will I find this quite soon?

Managed to beat the boss of High Wall of Lothric just now. Intense And that music... Think I've missed a bit, though. There's a cell which needs a key to open...haven't found the key but I assume it can be found somewhere in this area. Will go through the entire High Wall again and check every corner : peace: 3 1/2 hours in and I'm soooo hooked.

47 minutes in, a couple of things: The music is fucking amazing. I've had the title screen visible for almost 30 minutes now because the song is incredible. I need to get rid of the Bloodborne-mentality...the first boss owned me three times because I was too agressive I did, however, manage to beat that ice beast in the beginning relatively easy and I defeated some kind of ninja or samurai and got his gear. Need one more point in strength and dexterity to wield that sword. The class I chose: Assassin. I hope this will turn out to be a good choice. I figured that a nice mix of weapons and spells might be great. His sword is horrible, though...doesn't fit my playstyle at all. Well, it's a Souls game alright. Love it Edit: Spent an hour at High Wall of Lothric, lost my shit twice, my heart is still racing and I haven't even found the boss or even a shortcut. Bought two sorceries and can't wait to try them out. Need to allot an Ashen Estus Flask, though.

Seen a copy at a local store... ...and I bought it. Thanks to the incredible internet speed at my mom's the patch will take 3 hours to download... Well, time to prepare my mind and body. Can't wait to dive into a Souls' game again.
