I'm giving in - I'm finally considering getting an Elite to go with my Wii. I guess my question is what games I should get and where I can get the best deal. Currently on my purchases list (current and future): GTAIV GoW2 Crackdown Force Unleashed PES6 Streetfighter 4 I'm not really interested in anything I can own on my PC, which is my primary games platform. So no Oblivion, CoD4 etc (already got the PC versions)

This is so much fun I traded in Tiger Woods and Sonic at GAME and got Mario Kart for free plus £7.50 on a gift card. Bargain! One thing I can't work out - there seems to be loads of shortcuts and ramps that are across 'rough ground'. How do I get to them without slowing down to a snails pace? I mean things like the ramp before the last turn on Luigi Circuit for example. I see the ghost lap driver do it, but can't do it myself!

D'oh, someone bought all the cards of any value lol

How f***in' hard was the Sweet Sweet Galaxy? I'm way past that now and it was still the hardest so far :S

I picked this up yesterday - great fun! Although I did spend a good couple of hours battling to make a representation of myself in Game Face I've not owned a Tiger Woods game before, so this has been a real experience for me. So much content!

It's all down to me :D The Wii is the first proper console I've bought brand new - before I'd only had a second hand Megadrive a couple of years back, and before that it's just been PC/Amiga/Spectrum gaming. I'll expect a cheque in the mail from Nintendo

I'd like to speak out as one of the people who isn't bothered by Pokémon. This is a bit meh for me - the game is becoming more like Super Pokémon Bros Brawl every day! I don't mind having them in there, but they seem to have more emphasis than everything else, now you have: Pokémon Trainer Pokémon characters (Pikachu, Jigglypuff etc) Pokéball powerups Pokémon stage Too much! What do other non-Pokémon lovers think?

It arrived today for me - really enjoying it! I've got it on hard though, which really is :| Completed the first chapter. Things starting to get a bit more unpredictable now!

I have: Wii Sports Wii Play Zelda TP Monkey Ball Sonic & the Secret Rings Mario Strikers Charged Big Brain Academy Mercury Meltdown Revolution I also bought GCN games with my Wii: Burnout 2, Crazy Taxi, FIFA 07, Paper Mario TTD, Soul Caliber 2, Star Wars Rogue Leader, Monkey Ball 2, Zelda Windwaker/ Ocarina pack. I want to get Trauma Center, Rabbids 2, RE4, all the big Ninty games and maybe Tiger Woods 08 if it's any good.

I got this relatively cheaply and I'm absolutely loving it! Probably the best puzzle game I've played in a while. Really steep learning curve though! Anyone else crazy about the Mercury?

Set phasers to fun! There, I said it. Although to be honest, I haven't enjoyed a Trek game since TNG: A Final Unity. And that was 12 years ago!

Yeah, this arrived today and I've already had a go at the solo and the multiplayer - it's all good fun! There's more multiplayer options than I realised - you get the commonly shown 'sprint mode' where you compete head to head with another player, but also you get 'mental marathon' mode which is effectively co-op, and 'brain quiz' mode, where you take it in turns to pick squares off a grid and then have to complete as many phases of the game contained on it, in order to get points. The graphics are also pretty smart - especially the stylised Miis that wander around the Academy 'lobby'! I got about a 1100g brain, C++ according to Professor Morph or whatever his name is

Co-op story mode?

Can someone give me a summary of what Tales of Symphonia is like? I've heard it's very good, but don't know jack about it!
