Such an easy to diffuse situation providing you haven't lied. We should give him some time to respond obviously, but beyond later today I'd be more than happy to see him lynched.

I went from iOS to Android and Android is a lot faster and more intuitive. iOS is really just for phone illiterate people mesmerised by brand power in my opinion. I'm guessing your problems lie with your phone or something.

Because watching from afar sounds to me like a tracker or some sort of info gatherer role. It is actually doing something after all. Of course, if the geomancer, or even Jimbob claiming to be the geomancer came forward, we could act accordingly. But as it stands, there's a very good chance he's lying.

I don't see any harm with pressure votes. He claims to be in the writeup, having done nothing, which already limits him considerably in term of who he can be. He'll either tell us his character, or probably not reply because he was lying and can't exactly make a character up. It's the latter situation that can only be solved with votes.

Good, good. I'd argue after the last game town don't need a drip feed, they need a life support machine, heh. FYI I'll also be on the lookout for people that suddenly gain a renewed sense of perspective and remove vote when it looks like the Jimbob lynch is about to happen.

Ok guys, this sounds like a lie to me. You did nothing, yet are in the writeup? Most of the players in the writeup either did something or had something done to them. We should really lynch this guy. And here's why: As the votes accumulate on you Jimbob, there's one easy way you can stop your own lynch, providing you're telling the truth. You can reveal your character. Naturally if you say you're a character that you aren't, or you say you're a character that did something, then we know you lied! And you die. Obviously the best way to tackle this is if you are scum is to say nothing in response and claim absence. Which is why if is important people lay their votes on Jimbob to get this thing happening.

Then Dedede must be the thief, since he used your shadow on himself (according to the writeup). I got stopped by a shadow. If you're saying you used the shadows on yourself, and Dedede definitely used the shadow on himself since the writeup says so, then it figures the only way I could have been stopped by a shadow is by the person I targeted. Which was Dedede. Of course if someone else is the thief then now would be a good time to call out a contradiction.

By the way, the shadow user is almost certainly Yvonne. I didn't get too far in FFXI, but what I did do was become a ninja. Because they are awesome. Ninja can cast 3 shadows and each shadow can fully absorb an attack. One of Yvonne's shadows also got stolen by a thief. Also I got redirected by the red mage to Dedede (I know this since the attack used on me was spike flail - same as the red mage in the writeup). My action on Dedede was then absorbed by a shadow. So looking at some possibilities: - Yvonne throws shadow at a player to absorb any attack they take. In this case, he threw one at Dedede (a person I happened to be redirected to) - Yvonne throws a shadow at a player, and their attack is blocked However, the thief used the shadow on himself, so most likely they confer protection. The cynical side of me thinks that since the main villain is the shadow lord, that there could be a connection. On the other hand, the redirect to a protected player could be fluke and Yvonne did willingly put forward his character. I'm leaning more to him being town at the moment. Anyway Yvonne, since my attack was absorbed by your shadow, that leaves one more attack absorbed according to the writeup. Who'd you use your shadows on? Regarding the no death being a setup...I find that a little unlikely. That's usually not something the Mafia want to do, really, and I don't know how they would have known that the writeup would state the intended kill victim to vindicate them. Anyway, I'm willing to vote Jimbob. No idea why we keep letting him in the games when he's so inactive.

@Yvonne what were the individual attack descriptions?

Actually scratch that, the shadow attack that stopped me could have come from anywhere.

We didn't have a player majority, I had a double vote. ReZ also worked out that technically the town could still win the next day, it would just be very unlikely, so he ended it a day early.

Yeah well played Jonnas. It was funny because we used Magnus to evolve you since we thought you might officially join us, then we found out you knew who we all were. At that point esequiel suggested we lynch you to which I said definitely not. :p I couldn't envisage you having a possibility to win with town if you knew who we all were. Funnily enough your initial false alignment messages were a source of much worry for us at the beginning, since when you get messages saying town you really do think there must be a cop sending them out. So when I saw my name in the writeup, I was worried that someone was going to out me. When it said 'helper' I revealed it as my primary thought was to just try and discredit you and your results, since I didn't want people taking a guilty verdict seriously. We thought DuD was the one sending the 'results' because he said he targeted me and Yvonne, which kind of made me think the reason I hadn't been outed was because he sent the result to the (recently deceased) Yvonne. He could send messages ironically, but he wasn't our guy. :p I liked the inventive use of the messaging system. Cleverr.... Mostly though there was no one on town really kicking everyone's arses to do the right things. Diageo had absolutely the right tone to take... but minutes from Mafia majority, lol. Some players though, I've noticed don't really make too much effort to rally people.
